Story of this distillery was very unique. It actually comes from a natural spring water that is used to distill all of it and boy does it truly add to the taste. I actually ended up buying three bottles two of their gin and one at the honey vodka. The flavor is amazing Evan the distiller that was giving the samples was very knowledgeable on how it was made what it was made out of some of the cocktails that can be made with it. His very excited when speaking about both the brand and the owner, which says so much about a company. I myself am thinking of starting a mobile bar business and this is the type of people I definitely would love to work with. Passion and pride matter so much. And sourcing locally not only the water and going above and beyond to make sure that their employees are taken care of, but also purchasing locally from local honey and other sources of product, and thinking quality. They don’t make any type of cocktails. It was just simply allowing me to taste the different ones heads off to an amazing company.

Always nice to discuss spirits with the makers. It was wonderful speaking with Robin about the history of Spring 44 and tasting the varieties. I couldn't leave empty handed so Honey vodka is going home with me.

Extremely palatable and easy to mix vodka and gin. I have found myself enjoying this more than the usual overpriced exports. Do yourself a favor and try something local and better tasting. Your taste buds will agree and your wallet won’t suffer.

Omg, We LOVE the Spring 44 honey vodka! We are so frustrated that it’s hard to find in Wyoming so we make trips to buy it in Fort Collins. Mixed with Frangelico (Sp?) & 1/2 & 1/2 It is TO DIE FOR. We are looking forward to visiting the distillery & are hoping to come home with a case... or 2, or 3. Keep up the good work! LOVE IT!

Everything I have tasted from Spring 44 has been delicious. Spring 44 is a mainstay in the bar at The Lazy K Ranch and hunting camps. Keep up the great work.

I like plain old unflavored vodka and this is exceptional and made locally. The Vodka business is very competitive and this is superior so be sure and buy local.

The odd hours and terrible product makes me think this business must be a front. I'm pretty open minded when it comes to spirits but their honey vodka was really unpleasant.

I have enjoyed the vodka at other establishments but as other users have posted the hours aren't clear. Don't plan you afternoon around coming here because they might just be closed and you'll be really bummed.

This stuff is so good! I have now run into this product being featured at several San Francisco favorite restaurants and love their vodka and gin. Just had a lycée martini with the vodka at Nobu and am hooked. I called and found out that its in my local grocery store and Bevmo since they are based in CO. Cool website too!

This place has an amazing tour (although now it must be scheduled in advance) but their liquor is awesome! All their Vodka's and Gins are smooth so you don't have to freeze them or try to mask the taste.

The tasting room at Estes Park is relatively small in appearance from the outside but has plenty of room on the inside. There's a patio area outside shared with a bistro next door. The list of available distilled products is lengthy. We sampled a couple flights and were not disappointed. The whiskey lovers flight has a smooth variety but the whiskey does have a bite to it.The Sweet Tooth was delicious! The creme brulee and cherry were favorites, but that chai was unbelievable! I had to try a bit of gin as well but it seemed a little too harsh for me.Friendly service and a clean, open atmosphere. Great place for a date or a small party of friends.
