Have been a loyal customer since Sports Clip opened at Centerra, service has generally been average over the years, hair sylist are always friendly. Last two visists have been frustrating. Six week ago, walked in 25 minutes before Closing, two hair stylist on site, one finishing up a cut and the second didn't have a customer. I was told they couldn't help me as it was too close to closing, generally a cut for takes less than 15 minutes. Today, checked in, estimatted time to my cut was 26 minutes, when I was next in line, estimated time at zero, a customer walked in, didn't check in and got the next spot, I went back to 16 minutes, when it got to zero, another 5 minutes added. I came in at 3:50 pm and paid at 5:00 PM. Posting as ownership needs to understand the practices of their staff.

Elise did the best job I've ever had done and even shed a tear hearing that I just found out I have cancer. Not only is she an amazing stylist but she helped me smile on a bad day. She is a great lady and honestly it's great to see people can care for people they don't even know in this day and age. Kudos and gratitude are all I can offer this amazing young lady.

Took my son for a haircut. Took a minute to be greeted (all stylists made eye contact, but no hello) ok, cool. They were busy. After a couple minutes the girl with the purple hair (receipt said Arianna) came to the counter. She seemed less interested in taking my son as a client. We explained how we wanted it cut. Close to a buzz on the sides but keep some length on top. EVEN SHOWED HER A PICTURE. My husband sat with him, came to get me a few minutes later to check. I told her the sides needed to be shorter and more taken off the top. She trimmed up ONE SIDE of his head and the back half on the top of his crown. The front half of his crown looks like a bowl cut. Then asks if that was short enough with a sarcastic tone? Are you kidding me??? We paid and left. At this point I was done. That much I can fix at home before she messed it up to the point where it would be a high and tight. I understand cutting kids hair isn't everyone's forte, but don't take the client if you're not comfortable with it or if you just flat out don't want to. The whole experience was unreasonable and unacceptable.

The lady who cut my kiddos hair yesterday did such an amazing job!! I usually take him to the Sports Clips by my work, but the ladies here really were the best. They made us feel comfortable and really engaged us in conversation the whole time. Will definitely be taking him here for his cuts. Thank you ladies!

I was very disappointed with my haircut. I was very specific that I wanted a monthly trim of about 1/2" cut back. Showed her exactly how I part my hair, how much over the ears I wanted, and my neck collar length to be cut at.Once she started I realized it wouldn't end well. She started out front and flat line cut at least 3" off the front which destroyed how it feathered back previously.She then realized she messed up and attempted to at least least get it to feather back. But in doing so cut one side shorter than the other. She Oops cut one side shorter then went to the other side and tried to match it.To sum this experience up, Worse haircut I've had in my life. I'm in my late 50s so know the difference very well.I'm not going to post her name here. If she read this she Absolutely knows what she did.I'll NEVER GO BACK TO THIS PLACE OR ANOTHER SPORTS CLIPS!!My advice to this young lady is to LISTEN. to your customers. Take your time. Start with small curd and check with your client on the length. You cannot glue 4-5 months of hair growth back on!!Terrible Experience!!

I think the concept of checking in online to avoid the line has not been fully grasped. checked in and the wait was an hour. showed up 50 minutes later and told my current wait time was stI'll an hour and 15 minutes.
