I made my "first available" appointment for today. I made the appointment at 1:23 PM for a 2:37 PM arrival. I arrived at 2:29 to see that I was going to be next. I tried to check in 5 minutes before my haircut time and could not check in. The stylist informed me she was the only stylist in and would have more stylists available tomorrow. My time was wasted and I won't be back. Fix your system. It looked like I was next for a haircut and the stylist was finishing up. She didn't bother to ask if I was "Zach F." I think she thought I was a walk- in which I was not. I was next in line told to show up and check in 5 minutes before. It appeared they took the person who was in the store even though I was told to show up later. Still trying to find a competent company Saturday 9/28 reply to owner: I appreciate the price, shoulder massage and hair rinse SC provides. But I can go to a barber and supposedly receive the same services for a few bucks more.

It's hard for me to find a hairdresser that I trust but I found one today. Jessica is wonderful, kind, and welcoming. She does a great job with curly hair and knows her stuff.

I came in as a walk in customer and I was the only guest waiting in the store. I was greeted with a simple “hello” at the door, which is fine. But I then sat for 15-20 minutes before I was told that they were booked up for the night and couldn’t accept anyone else. Please check in with your guests properly to avoid wasting their time.

The app to checkin online gives me an error code. So I went in and checked in at the desk, meanwhile someone in the parking lot was able to check in on the website. They were then moved ahead of us, which added a half an hour to our wait. I complained that app didn’t work properly and the stylist replied, “yeah, I tell people to use the website.”I was there to have my sons hair fixed because another stylist gave him this awful bowl cut. It finally grew out enough to have it fixed, but I will take my business elsewhere.

I gave a specific length of hair I wanted to keep and Paula even confirmed the length before cutting it 2 inches shorter than I wanted and left it completely uneven. Was distracted by co worker and just continued to cut at her own discretion.

Found out today that this veteran-owned business decided to add a $10 up charge to what is considered a military haircut to a known reservist. There goes my monthly business.

I've been going toDifferent locations for awhile now. First time here. buzzed my hair last week myself to a #2- and was wanting just the sides cleaned up and my15 min haircut going from a number 2 on my sides to 0.. didn't touch the top. Normally charged somewhere around $28-$32. Was charged $42 today- Floyd's doesn't even charge $40 for a razor skin fade... feel totally ripped off.
