Ok so I came in here today to buy a cigar and sit in their lounge the guy behind the desk knew nothing about cigars when I bought an Arturo fuente king t cigar when light it immediately showed to the cashier and he said there is nothing he could do about it now I go to smoker friendly all over colorado and wyoming and any other sf would have swapped it out as defective unasked what they keep their humidor at and they say it doesn't matter they have a large about of patrons sitting on the floor don't know who runs this one but I would not take the trip here youbwould be better off in longmont more knowledgeable and definitely better custo.er service loung is very untidy ashtrays are full and trash everywhere once again would not recommend this sf to anyone and hopebtheybcan fix it for future patrons

Friendly staff. Clean store entering the store to get some smokes security gate is due to the Colorado age law I'm glad that they have the DL to enter the store

This place is going to the pits. They've refused to get more chairs for the lounge even though they have been proven to get busier than what they can support, but have the room to do so for more availability and conveniency, so much for customer care and appreciation. Also good help is hard to find, and they just let their only one go! It will be very disappointing to watch the humidor slowly dissipate into something that won't be worth visiting because knowbody there know's about premium cigars. What a shame has come to the only smoking lounge and premium cigar retailer for the City of Loveland. Good job smoker friendly...??

Never been in here cause I just recently became a cigar aficionado & this was a nice store & I think Ill be coming here again. You have to scan your drivers license before getting past the gate inside the door but once you do theres an endless selection of tobacco. Everything is very organized & the humidor is quite large & impressive, I did not go into the smoking lounge but I probably will next time just ti check it out.

They hire disrespectful and rude people and fire the hard-working knowledgeable polite people. It is ran by a certain person who knows nothing about good business and only knows grudges, selection of cigars is good but is about to go to complete trash because nobody there now knows anything about cigars. The individuals that come to enjoy a cigar have been wondering why this place has not accommodated for more seating in the lounge for there's only six chairs but can be up to 12 people at anytime there's plenty of room but the company is too cheap to accommodate their customers.

Entry to the store sucks with the barcode scanner off your driver's license or identification card, but it's not them it's the City of Lovelands doing to ensure no underage sales. But employees are very genuine and friendly, usually. Store is clean and stocked always.

I just came back from an awful experience at this store. They are rude, RACIEST and extremely aggressive, as if we are not paying money for their merchandise, which can be found in lots of other friendly store. PLEASE STAND BY YOUR NAME AND BE FRIENDLY
