Paid for the most expensive car wash since I was going to a Car Show. Car was not looking that much cleaner than it was and it wasn't clean. Do not recommend

Total rip-off, don’t waste your time! We purchased the middle option, our car came out still cover in dirt and bugs but now sopping wet. Weak, useless wash, and no dryer. You’d be better off just buying a couple of water bottles and splashing them over your car you’ll get the same effect.

Hey sorry. This place didn't even clean my car and the card reader was a pain to even get started. I was not comfortable during the wash at all. It didn't cause any damage but it's a waste of time.

The wash is below sub par. Leaving your car out in the rain achieves the same success. Waste of time and money. Don’t go there it’s a rip off.

Did a really great job, even on the lower tier car wash and the vacuums were really powerful. Appreciated the free access to microfiber towels and cleaning solutions

For a touch-less wash, it does exactly what it needs to do. I purchased the most expensive option for reference.

I have been to this car wash numerous times, and have been to many other ones owned by Signalwash. This will be my last time going to any of them. There is a sign out front of disclaimers that is not even remotley visible. Stated from the owner it is supposed to say that the top 2 washes are not compatible of the vehicle has a roof rack, kc lights and some other things. Purchased the top wash because the sign is not visible and 3 minutes into the wash the over head starts to pull my Jeep backwards, bending my hi-lift jack that was tucked nicely in the rear, picture should be available in the car wash photos. Owner offed 2 free car washes at the time it happened which got nagotiated to 10 for the damages on the Jeep, come to find out almost 2 days later that the machine needs to be fixed now I recieved 1 free car wash, which I wont be using. Never going back ever.

Should have read the reviews first. Sadly as I travel the states there are sub par washes everywhere hiding amongst exceptional washes. This wash will knock dirt off; however, you will not leave clean. One owner reponse reference to a consumer was the basic wash, "is for only knocking of dust." I assume 'of' is 'off', but hey that's a $9 rinse with soap and not a $9 wash. Now you need to understand touchless car washes are for people trying to avoid messing up their car's finish and most touchless washes leave a small residue if the car isn't practically clean already. Now I didn't expect perfect given my truck was dirty, it was a basic wash, and the technology is touchless. That said, it was easily below quality on any other touchless wash I have been through and I've seen basic washes fluctuate between $5 & $9 with $7 being average and typically a decent wash. I thought about running through a second time on the Ultimate wash, but it's not my job to prove or debunk the wash's quality. That said my judgement on the quality of wash is not only based on personal experience at washes throughout the states and my wash today, but it is also based on how customers were handled. The owner asked a consumer if they were maybe at another wash which felt like deflecting. Checking the consumer's profile showed she has multiple reviews in the area, is clearly a local, and probably has a good sense of where she is. Moreover, referencing 'Supreme' over 'Ultimate' is a matter of semantics, logical implication for the highest tier wash vs actual nomenclature used by the car wash. The wash also appeared to be lacking blowers as stated unless on the machine the the metal columns are blowers instead of at the exit. Taking a look at another consumer, they had a literal run in with the wash. Seeing the owner go back on the amount of car washes offered for compensation struck me as bad service. Now I understand their equipment was damaged by the customer's car; however, the customer was correct in stating the sign was not clearly posted. My friend had no trouble getting reimbursed in court for something similar though they had no signage at all. I didn't catch the sign right away myself, and the equipment did appear to be quite close to my truck. Now let me back up though. The washes on another sign are listed less than what you'll get charged. This is where I was burned. If you can see past the dirt, water, scratches, and sun glares then you'll see the prices are higher on the terminal. This is false advertising.

“Touchless†car washes work fine if your car has some dust on it. I've been to several now and they are all equally worthless if your car is actually dirty; which is typically why people go to a car wash.

Left multiple spots of dirt on my car with purchasing the supreme wash. Also there were no drying fans.
