If I could give them 10 stars, I would. In today’s fast paced world, it’s nice to finally find a company that truly understands and practices good customer service. Justin and Tonya were quick to respond to our request and get us the items needed to fulfil our orders. In addition, we were able to save a little money because we could pick them up locally. “This UPS location has always given me great customer service. In fact, I stopped in at one UPS as I was driving around town and the line was so long and slow that I left and went to this location before going home. I live in a small town and going north to this office and south to another I always choose this location.
Someone else complained about doing returns and being told on some packages, they had to box them and some not to box thinking it was store policy to keep changing instructions. That is incorrect. I do plenty of Amazon returns and you have to look at their instructions on return. Amazon will say whether you need to box it or leave it unboxed. It’s all about reading the Amazon instructions, user error.”

“I utilized the notarization service at this location and it was great. This is the only location in the northern colorado that I can find that will provide 2 witnesses. The gentleman who helped me ( Sean) was courteous and detailed. When he is unsure about something on my document, he asked his manager to validate. I also chose to go when they are not as busy since I figure what I want to be notorize might take time.”
“I am surprised by the low ratings and bad experience some folks have had. All the postal clerks there have friendly and helpful. The building is a bit long in the tooth but Ken and others are welcoming. Lines can be long though.”
“Very helpful and on top of things! I have always had a good experience here, but after this week it’s been amazing. I thought my package was lost. I put in a missing mail search. Immediately I got confirmation that it wasn’t lost and just taking a bit extra time. I got calls on updates from this post office that the package was moving through the system and was not lost!”
“These guys went above and beyond to find my package. Cory initially looked for it, and when he couldn't find find it, his supervisor (sorry I forgot your name) came in from home and found my package. Keep in mind this was all on a Saturday when the Customer Center is closed. If it wasn't for these two guys, I would have missed a days worth of work.
