Today I worked with Rob there at State farm, and he was absolutely amazing! My previous insurance company increased my prices to 531 a month! I have a clean driving record and I'm the only driver on the car. Had been without company for years. Well I couldn't pay that, so I called Rob at State farm and in less than 10 minutes he had me set up with a new policy with a way better price! Customer service was absolutely amazing! Thanks so much Rob!

Wife and I have been clients of Sharon's for past few years. Recently we came in to update our insurance profile for home owner's policy. Met with Katie, who was extremely professional, helping us with getting necessary documents completed and filed. Communication was outstanding and timely. In the end we qualified for a discount and she followed through to get it applied. Service was first class.

Everyone at the office is amazing and so helpful. They do an amazing job and I feel like they go above and beyond to make sure my family is covered and that I have the coverage we need. I haven’t compared rates in years because I know they will be competitive and their level of service exceeds any savings I could get anywhere else. Side not here. I have referred countless people to them and they are always shocked at how reasonable their rates are and the high level of customer service they receive from the team here.

Sharon Younie and her staff are the best. They are quick to listen, offer alternatives and solutions when needed, help me to understand, they are there when I need them, they are thorough, and do a great job of following up and following through. They are communicative and stay on top of everything. I don't get caught with unwatned surprises. I love working with Sharon and all of her staff. I openly refer my friends and clients to her when they have insurance needs.

I was tired of getting the run around from the insurance companies that claim to have low rates online. The rates were never for the proper amount of insurance, and as soon as you gave them your information, you would be swamped with calls to get you to sign up!
My neighbor suggested the local State Farm Office.
I received great information. If they thought I was under insured, they would explain why. They offered easy payment plans and answered all my questions, and I didn't get 100 calls from other agents pestering me with misleading information!

We have been long time customers with State Farm (over 10 years) and have all of our policies through Sharon's office. After moving to Colorado and having very poor experiences with other Agents, Sharon was very helpful in getting our policies straightened out and was open and honest about our options. Recently we had some trouble with the corporate side of things with State Farm and Sharon never stopped fighting for us and helping us. Could not ask for a better agent to be in your corner. Thanks Sharon and team.

Sharon is the most helpful, caring agent we have ever had! Sharon is always available and greets us when we walk into her office. When we call her office, someone is always available and helpful. Was in an accident a few months ago, and she took care of us and the claims swiftly and seamlessly. Can't say enough positive things about Sharon and her team! Even working for another insurance company myself, I keep my personal insurance coverage with Sharon's office. The staff is amazing and personalize every interaction like you are family. Knowing the great coverage State Farm provides and the quality service Sharon, Kim, & Leslie provide, I won't be switching insurance anytime soon!

So, State Farm corporate overcharged our mortgage escrow for the home policy premium by 1,000+. We have many SF policies including an additional home, autos and other coverage. Due to the overcharge by SF a check was mailed to the policy owners rather than being returned to the escrow. Phoned the office to see why this happened and how it would need to be corrected. Of course, SF would not return their overcharge error to the escrow automatically. They required a signed letter sent to SF billing to fix their error. I am aware of horror stories in regard to their billing dept. I was warned that this would take some time to correct. In the meantime, we've been notified by the mortgage company that the monthly payment will increase due to this error by State Farm. I had to phone the local SF office twice. A signed letter would not be difficult if everyone lived in the same location. We live across the country. On our first call, Rob told us a signed letter would be needed. I explained how difficult this was going to be as we do not live nearby and the people needing to sign were not going to be easy to reach. That was all he could offer. So I spent the next several days trying to fix their error. My second call to the office and Katey offered to pull a letter together and email that to a convenient location. Now, that was helpful in a small but important way. We will try to route this email around, get it signed, take a picture and get it back to SF so that we can wait weeks for their processing dept to catch up. In the meantime, we can struggle with our mortgage company and make them even more confused when State Farm fixes their error and returns their overcharge to our escrow. I have friends who are SF agents. I know how they suffer due to the SF billing and processing depts. When each SF office knows the problems that have occurred due to their corporate billing errors, that office needs to step up and offer just little more assistance when policy holders call. Rob didn't do that. Katey did, so we added a star. I look forward to going through this again next year when our escrow gets billed again.
