Like a candy store for makeup but prices are high and recommended products usually higher. New return policy is brief. Online shopping usually has better options and discounts even if you have to take something back if the color is wrong.

Monique is amazing! She is an absolute must when it comes to having makeup done for any special day! Her artistic skills are on point and she is a genuine beautiful lady! Having her be apart of one of the most important days of my life will never be forgotten and she was a true blessing to have spent the morning with! I don't know anything about makeup and I gave her 100% control. She did not disappoint! I left feeling beautiful and highly recommend her!

I recently took my 11-year-old daughter to Sephora for a makeup lesson gifted by a family member for her birthday, and I couldn't have been happier with the experience. I had some initial concerns about how the makeup might be applied since I've seen younger girls end up with styles that felt too mature. From the moment we arrived, the staff was incredibly helpful and set us up with Monique.
Despite my daughter being shy and quiet, Monique made her feel at ease. She listened carefully to what I wanted my daughter to learn, focusing on age-appropriate basics, and helped me decide what to cut out based on her jnterests. She was also very transparent about the cost of products, distinguishing between expensive options and more affordable ones, which I really appreciated.
She taught my daughter all the essentials—skincare, foundation, eye makeup, blush, mascara, and how to properly remove makeup. The makeup was perfectly suited for her age, and my daughter learned so many helpful tips that she can grow into. I even wrote down everything Monique explained so my daughter can practice as she gets older.
That was all enough to give me a good experience, but to add to it Monique was upfront that the time we had scheduled didn’t fit our needs and cut back the appointment time, saving us money. We used the savings to buy a few recommended products, including a facial cleanser that my daughter loves. Teaching cleanliness can be a challenge with an 11-year-old, but now she’s excited to use her new cleanser, and it was super affordable!
Overall, this was an amazing experience, and Monique really helped me feel like I was giving my daughter a great head start in learning makeup in a fun, appropriate way. Highly recommend!

I went in for foundation and the store blew me away. Big spacious clean and I love the way it smells. From the associate at the door to cashier everyone was so nice and helpful. Honestly was a little intimidated because it’s been a while since I’ve been in Sephora, but everybody was so nice. Ingrid was so helpful and kind. She was very informative and gave me great instruction on how to use the foundation and skin care. I can’t wait to go back for a hydra facial. She was great! Professional. I felt like I could trust her before she told me she was an aesthetician. So great!

Was followed around the store like I was about to steal something, paid over a hundred dollars for my 3 items and left feeling very uncomfortable. I will never return to this establishment ever again. Sorry my skin color & tattoos worry your employees.

Rude staff, Everyone acted like they were busy. When I went to check out waited and waited to get checked out and no one came. Put my basket on the counter and left. Will not be coming to this Loveland Sephora again. Other reviews on here state the same I’m not the only one.

I went into Sephora looking for someone to help me with specific product questions. After about 15 minutes of looking at products I went to the register to ask if they had a certain type product. The cashier named a brand but didn't tell me where to find it. Another employee over heard and asked if she could show me where it was (which is the only reason I gave 2 stars) I continued looking for additional products, needing more help I looked around and couldn't find an employee anywhere. I realized there were 3 who were standing up front just talking and laughing, none of them helping anyone. I just put away the 1 thing I had found and headed over to Ulta where upon arrival I was greated by someone who asked me what I was looking for and spent a lot of time helping me.If I wanted to guess what products I needed I would shop on line. I go to these specialty stores to get personal customer service, I did not get that at Sephora. I spent a lot of money with their competitor and will not be back. From someone who has worked several years in customer service this experience was very disappointing!

It's a large clean and organized store with plenty of stock even during the big sale. All of the employees were super sweet, knowledgeable, and fun to shop with.Coming back to update my first review a few weeks later. The staff here seriously has to stop being so incredibly nice, fun and helpful! I live over an hour away in fort Morgan and I'll never get anything done over the weekends bc I want to keep coming back. I love how they all ask each other about different skin concerns and product advice if one of them doesn't know as much as the other. One of them even remembered me from my last trip.I'd leave more stars if I could!I look fly after my trip and my parrot agrees ?

I wanted to share my experience at your Centerra Sephora location in Loveland, Co. As a woman of color, I was nervous to get makeup service at Sephora, but I booked the session anyway because I wanted to feel special for my engagement photo shoot. From the moment,I walked in I felt welcomed because there was someone to greet me. My makeup artist was Kate. Kate was so amazing! She was very personable and included me in every decision when choosing products. She was very knowledgeable about the products and was very strategic about the products that she used for my melanated skin. When I didn’t like something she was not offended and worked with me to find alternate products. Kate’s technique was perfection as she evened out my complexion and gave me the most beautiful subtle purple smokey eye. She made me feel so comfortable that I asked to extend the session by 30 extra minutes. Also, her colleagues were very friendly as well. They all walked over to compliment my makeover and made me feel really special for my big day. I was flooded with genuine admiration and I sincerely appreciated the women empowerment from the Centerra team.Kate is truly the epitome of excellent customer service and I can’t wait to revisit that location. Kate “slayed my face to the Gods.” I would highly recommend any woman especially women of color to her.Thank you so much for your service!!!Myka
