Less selection than Costco but it's close and has cheaper gas than Costco. And the deli is not a good as Costco's except Sam's has a much better soda fountain selection.

I am also a Costco member and I go to several Costcos and Sam's Clubs. From membership to the sushi, this location is my favorite.

last October 2021 we purchased a brand new set of tires. We also purchased the warranty. In April of this year we had a tire that had a bolt in it and we're still under warranty. we stopped into their tire center and the two gentleman working first tried to tell us that it wasn't covered, then changed their mind and said they didn't have that particular tire in stock anymore and it wasn't carried. They said they could not fix the tire they could order a similar tire so they did it. We checked back with them several times over the summer and they had not received the tire. Here it is, almost a year later and still nothing. We feel like they are sold us a fraudulent warranty. They should have honored it with different tires. It is not our fault that they no longer carry the tire that we had.

To make a long story short. I put an item marked at $169 on sale in my cart. It rang up $199. I cancelled transaction and went to service desk to receive "sorry, item is not on sale, the sign is wrong". Since it was overpriced I forgot about it. The next day I receive a promotional email showing the item for sale at $169. I go back and not there is no stock but over 50 at another store. Item was not available to buy on line and service desk was absolutely no help. My only option was to drive to another Sam's club with inventory according to this store. Upon arrival, no inventory!I eventually found what I wanted the day before the 3 day sale ended no thanks to the terrible service.

In general, this Sam’s is fine. But my issue is with their restrooms and the placement of the change table. Who designed this bathroom? The change table is literally in the door way to get in, next to a trash bin and a hand dryer. Not only was it inconvenient and kind of gross for me and my baby, how would you expect a disabled adult (or child) to navigate their way inside while a baby is getting changed? Furthermore, imagine the disabled individual is intellectually disabled as well. Try calming down an adult who doesn’t understand why they can’t go into a bathroom for such a simple logical solution. Move the change table please.

My mother went in for an appointment yesterday- made the appointment with Sam’s club. Just to find out that you CANNOT use your Sam’s club membership card to pay for the eye appointment. The staff assisting her swiped her membership card THREE TIMES- told her “it keeps declining it” my mother goes over to the service counter to see if there is anything wrong with her card, the service counter proceeds to tell her that nothing is wrong and she should be able to use it; if not my mother could call corporate and figure out what’s going on. My mom decides to try the card again, still doesn’t work so she ends up using her Discover. She calls Sam Club corporate and they explain to her that sometimes an optometrist will work INSIDE a Sam’s club but IS NOT AFFILIATED with Sam’s club!!! Meaning! Can’t pay with your Sam’s card! No one informed her of that. At all. My mother calls the store back to explain what corporate told her. My mother is berated and demeaned by the staff who helped her earlier- stating that he “told” her all of the information that corporate told her. No he did not. He attempted to charge her card THREE times so how could you know all that information when you wrongly assisted her in the first place? Then proceeds to tell my mother that he has no obligation to listen to her, that he should just hang up the phone right now. I will be calling the store and getting the employees name and I will be filing a complaint with the store and with corporate. How stupid. Customer service involves empathy which so clearly homeboy didn’t have. HOPE YOU SEE THIS. HOPE YOU GAIN SOME COMPASSION.

Experience a flat tire in the area and hoped to have it changed before driving all the way back to Denver. Called the tire shop ahead of time asking if they could help us out, and they assured us that "We're here to help you--just bring it in and we'll figure something out before we close." Instead, we drive the 15 minutes to the store (on our tiny spare), wait 15 more minutes for someone to help us, and then get told they're too busy to help us before they close after all. I understand not being able to help on short notice. But when you call and ask ahead of time and are assured you'll be taken care of if you come in, it's more than a little irritating to be told that's not actually the case. It certainly would have been easier for us to negotiate the flat tire crisis and figure out a plan without being misled by false assurances.

They accept some insurance! I love the variety of frames. The doctor is awesome and listens to concerns. Will continue my care here

The customer service at this Sams Club has always been great but tonight it was exceptional due to one employee. I am not good with names but she works the 12-9 shift at the fuel area and made my night! She came up and asked how my day went (we would be so lucky if our spouses asked that!) then we chatted about the upcoming snow storm (sounds like she had the day off thank gosh) and how she’s lucked out with the last few storms being in her days off. She is always so joyful no matter the weather or time of day-and we all know that working out in the elements is a very taxing job. I hope you guys know how important she is to the team and the community. Her smile is contagious and I can’t wait to get gas on a Monday night after work! ? thank you!

I used to use Scan and Go, and loved it---scanned items as I put them in my cart and then bypassed the checkout line and went straight to the exit. Then Sam's changed its policy and to use their new app I have to give permission for them to access anything on my phone. I don't think so. When I complained I was told no, that is not what the agreement required. When I showed it to them then the response was either "so what?" or "even if they could get into your contact list, your texts, your photos and videos, they wouldn't". Right. Sorry, but "trust us" doesn't fly with me. Any time I mentioned it they got very snippy. When I wrote to Corporate I got a letter back saying this is what they have to do to process bar codes I scan. Nonsense. They expect me to believe their tech people can't write code that will send the bar code directly to their app, without needing permission to access all my photos and videos and contact list and texts? Well, I don't believe that. I still go there when I am in a hurry, and do self checkout, as I live south of Loveland, but when I have a little time I go to Costco.

This is for Amy in the optical department. I expected to have to pay for a whole new frame after my dog chewed mine. Amy looked at them and assured me she could put on new earpieces and nose pads and straighten out the metal. She did a fantastic job and saved me a bundle!

Their prices are great, although sometimes the amount you have to buy is more than I actually need. The employees are cheerful and helpful. They are easy to find and always willing to help. I really enjoy shopping there. The app that allows me to skip the checkout line is like the frosting on the cake.

I called the customer service lady to see if she could look an item up for me. I stayed on the phone for ten min. I called back and she was super rude and hung up on me after saying she had a super long line and couldn't help me. Well, she should have gotten my phone number and called me back when she had time. I'm extremely disappointed. Customer service has totally gone out the window!!

My rating changes today from 5 stars, to one star. This club is completely worthless. The basic minimum I expect from a sams club type store is for "one day sale" prices to be correct for the one day sale. Posting a sign by all the gift cards marking them down 30% with the only exception being movietickets.com, gives the expectation that all the gift certificates except movietickets.com are on sale. NONE of the ones I took to the register were on sale. When I asked the employee checking me out, she said they were. When I examined my receipt, they weren't. So I went to customer service with a photo of the sign and asked for the price to be corrected, saying she couldn't. She could only refund them. No matter how I explained the situation, they didn't care. Seems like a deliberate false advertisement intended to make people buy at an expected discounted rate, while charging full price. I returned my entire purchase for the day, and I'm about to go in and get a refund for my membership. No telling how much they already conned out of me, but today will be the last time they ever see a dime from me.
