As always, a great place to shop in bulk, especially dry goods. Great prices on electronics and household items. Usually not overly delayed at checkout. A bit delayed at exit as they had only one receipt scanner person. The -1 star is because of that idea, the receipt scanner person. If you're that concerned about shrinkage revaluation of your business model may be in order...

The employees at this Sam’s are RUDE & Unhelpful. I was trying to get something that wasn’t scanning so couldn’t use my scan and go. I waited in line for upwards of 10 minutes, scanned my items and the item still wouldn’t scan. I called an employee and again, waited upwards of 5 minutes for an employee that wasn’t even helping me see my screen from behind and say “you have to buy a whole box not just two.” on the sign it said a box was 8.96 OR they were 1.68 per pound. They REFUSED to go look at the sign with me. And I left without the items. The box was about 10 pounds maybe more which would amount to more if it was 1.68 per pound the box would be more than 8.96. so I figured it was a whole box for a deal or pay a little extra to just get a couple. We will never know which was the case. I said they should change the sign and the employee laughed and said “okayyyyyy” I proceed to the receipt checker line that I now have to wait in and they have a machine up, telling me I must take all my items out of the “box” and put them back in after I was out of the store so the machine could check my items. I know this was long but this was also just once instance. I’ve had many with this sams. Not worth my time and money. I’m getting a Costco membership today and canceling my Sam’s Club membership. I will NOT be going back.

Certainly an interesting business model; keep the difficult people while doing nothing to retain solid, friendly, customer-oriented people. Prices are not any better than anywhere else. Quality is non-existent, choices are limited, tire center has no place to wait so one is forced to wander the stacks or leave, cleanliness is a thing of the past. This store used to be vibrant. Not quite sure what happened here, this store has certainly gone downhill. it's just a glorified Walmart now, and Walmart has healthier food. (Odd, given this is their 'warehouse')

Well let's start with a women coming back from break or lunch and wiped her nose with her hand and didn't wash her hands at all, than a guy also came back and he never washed his hands at all either so it was my turn to order a pizza and whats weird i didn't see them making it. They brought a pizza from the back like all the others and when cooked it tasted like frezzer burn and not like they use to totally gross and taste. No more pizza for my family it was like carboard.

Good clean store. Always nice to go to different sams and see what they have. Love finding sale stuff here. They sams in foco vs the sams in loveland always have different stuff.

I've always had a good experience at Sam's club. A few things out of stock, but I'm sure they'll be back in stock soon. Everyone is friendly there.
