Not a good experience. Sign on the door said they would be back to open the store by 2:30pm. Well it was 2:40pm and no one. I waited and waited. Finally the Sallys employee came from their car to open the store back up. She did not look at me nor acknowledge me. She made it seem like I inconvenienced her.

Some crazy policies around their hair extensions. I had to beg to even hold the box. I just wanted to check out the full pack before spending $400 on 2 boxes and the worker was bug eyed that I couldn’t base my decision off the tiny sample piece hanging. Will just go elsewhere.
