BUYER BEWARE!!!! DECEPTIVE SELLING TATICS!!! They only care about selling a camper/RV to you. After you sign the paperwork, they will not answer the phone. We bought a brand-new Alliance, and they did not disclose that there is a laundry list of issues with the camper. The fridge, A/C, microwave, and the kitchen drain do not work. In addition, the camper was previously registered under a different name with Alliance. I’m still not even sure this is a new camper (I will give Blue Compass the benefit of the doubt it's new, but I'm not sure). That’s just the bigger items. There are a ton of other items, such as cracks on the outer shell. They did not disclose this to us until after we bought the unit. They move the units around with the slides out, which causes cracking to the outer shell of the units. They do this because they don’t want to keep batteries in the campers or swap them out when they need to move the camper – This was told to me directly by Blue Compass). We brought the unit back and told them we had a very important camping trip in a month (We have family flying out), and they said they would look at it right away. It is now 3 weeks since we dropped it off, and no one has even looked at it. In addition, the service technician was incredibly rude. I have had to bypass Blue Compass and go directly to Alliance, and we are now looking at mobile repair because we cannot get anyone even to answer our calls. This is after I agreed to purchase this unit quickly so they could meet their quarterly quota. I thought they would take care of me; That did not happen. The managers are Ryan and Ryne, and I would stay far away from this place and buy your camper somewhere else. As for Alliance, they are awesome! I have spoken directly to the VP of customer relations and they have been great. I wish I had never bought a camper here because we traded in our old camper, and we are now out of a camper for the rest of the summer/Fall and still making payments, payment for storage, insurance, etc. I know mistakes happen, but I’m a firm believer that how you handle mistakes is what makes a good company. They have failed miserably and do not care

Drove 30 minutes to find out that they moved to a new location that is 25 minutes away from this one. There is no information online to let customers know this, just a sign on the gate at the now closed location. Might want to update info if they want any business.

We bought a trailer in 2022 from cousins rv now blue compass. Since the purchase we have had nothing but problems with it. To be specific the electrical system. In trying it out for a few days the electrical in the pull out did not work. Took it in for that and a few other repairs. Got it back after weeks of it sitting there until they finally got it done. Then we were getting ready to go on a trip. RV packed in the car ready to go and no power again. This time it was the disconnect switch. Once again in shop for weeks for a simple repair. Now here we are getting ready for a trip and again no power but this time it flickers on and off even when plugged into power. And to make it even worse when we rechecked the disconnect switch whoever replaced it put it in in a way that the switch was in terrible shape. Whoever did it did not know what they were doing. Past warranty of course so we are stuck with the repairs. And no way we will bring it back to them again. We are very dissatisfied with their customer service. Only bright side was Scott who did help us better understand the trailer and we appreciate his time spent helping us. In short I would not recommend using this location service department. They just don't seem to care.

I wouldn't bring my RV there for service. They don't really know what they're doing and accuse you of sabotaging things to justify charging for repairs, go somewhere else.

We purchased a new travel trailer here this past winter, and the team has always been super helpful and responsive. Pricing was fair, and all things covered by warranty have been quickly dealt with when necessary. I've heard bad things about other RV dealers but have not had one bad experience here, and we've had them do work on it a few times now.

Stop in today to get a piece of trim that is used on walls
Between panels in my travel trailer. Zach was helping me and went way out
Of his way to find what I needed. Thank you very much Zach!! This is someone that should be appreciated by this location. Very few people are willing to go to the extent that Zach did!!!!

We were very happy working with Sarah K. In Loveland. We actually had put money down to purchase and then changed our minds that evening. Called the next morning and told her of our regrets. She was sorry to hear that we we were backing out, but also didn't want us to purchase something that we would have not been happy with. Sarah was very personable and said she would continue to look for what we're Interested in.

Wow, what can I say …Lifesavers!
They helped us, revive our RV after poorly being winterized by another. It definitely showed us doing business with them and winterizing it correctly was the way to go.
Stephanie, Dakota, and all of their staff were highly Committed to Customer Service!
It was imperative to getting our RV fifth wheel turned around and back on the road again.
The shop guys worked around the clock and even through weekends and holidays to get us taken care of. They communicated ☎️with us on a daily basis to let us know where things were, and what things they could do to help save us some $.
We trusted them so much that we ended up purchasing things that would help our RV fifth wheel with updates; toppers, repairs and UV coating on the top.
After the completion of repairs and upgrades, they had their tech do a walk-through with us before we drove away letting us know everything they did and suggestions in care of are RV... priceless!
I not only would recommend them for purchase, care, repairs, but we feel we're pretty blessed to have them to be the folks that helped us get back on the road.

Bought a used trailer last April. 5 months later I found a spot on the roof that was totally gone. Nothing under the roofing material. Reached out to GM. He told me to call my insurance co and put in a claim.
Seemed like a fraudulent claim to me. Then after that he told me if it was him he’d just monitor it and see what happens.
He told me it was in inspected and in perfect condition when I purchased it. No way in my opinion that roof rotted, or failed in just 5 months. No stains, or leaks inside. After their service department looked at it I was told it needed a total replacement for $10,200. I only paid $13,000 for it just 5 months earlier. It was a 2019.
I tried working with them again on a deal with another camper, but they didn’t seem to want to right a wrong in my opinion.
All I can say is make sure you inspect “everything” before you buy from this dealership.
I’ll be honest. The sales people seemed to be ok. But beware.

Bryan went above and beyond to give use the best possible customer service on the purchase of our new to us trailer . He also worked hard to sell our old 5th wheel . Would recommend Blue Compass and particularly Ryan in Loveland , what a great company ! Thanks for the great experience.

What an absolutely horrible experience from this service center. I wish I could rate it less than 1 star. Forgetting to order parts or do repairs, damaging my brand new $60,000 camper, failing to secure $5000 worth of solar panels to the roof so they flew off on the highway immediately. Failure to put fuses in correct locations which resulted in frying brand new electoral components they installed and then straight up refused to refund. Absolute lack of care by anyone in the service department for 6 months worth of headaches after picking up our brand new camper. I can’t recommend this dealership or the service dept any less. STAY FAR AWAY!!!!

The way the staff shows genuine care and excitement tells me that Blue Compass is taking care of them. This transcends to the customer experience and it shows!
