hi my name is Nancy Wood. I’ve been with rental center for a couple of years now and I literally asked him two wait not to run my card until December 1. They ran my card literally tonight past my knowledge or even calling me ask without my permission, The store is closed now, so I can’t even call?

My appliances were dirty when they arrived.I could have saved a lot of money if I had purchased used appliances elsewhere.My refrigerator came missing parts. My dryer has been abused.My washer has an aggressive agitator and tore up my sheets, blankets and pillows.There’s no warranty from the manufacturer because it’s used.

Finally got my agreement paid off today!! Literally a weight has been lifted. I dealt with them for almost a year and they were pretty rude at the end. I was a payment behind and they literally called me every single day. Threatening to come pick up my stuff. The female worker Blanca tries to be nice but you get that vibe she’s definitely only doing it be because she has to. Oh and another thing they told me there was no possible way to send me a receipt after I paid it off? Like okay!! I think that’s very strange. It cost $900 today to pay everything off and no receipt? MY ADVICE, do not use Rent-A-Center unless you absolutely have to. I paid $112 biweekly for about a year if not longer. I will never ever use them again for anything. In the future I think I’ll definitely try AARONS.

Junior, Ryan and Blanca (hope I spelled them correctly) are amazing to work with. They are always pleasant and have the knowledge for all your needs. I have never had a better experience with a furniture/appliance store. Thank you for everything you do!

Ended up paying what seems like 3k for a 500 tv and 4k for a 1.2k computer. And when I asked questions they answered them wrong. So when it came time to finish my payments. All they said was. Should of read the contract

I forget the girls name but she was awesome. I'm going to can and find out to give her a great review. Couch fits and looks great. Vince and the other guy working were also awesome. Everyone in that store really. I love this place.

Blanca is now horrible to work with. I have given her 5 star reviews int he past and now she is flat unhelpful and down right rude. Corporate is no help either. Benefits plus does NOT replace your item right away unless you ask. I have been a customer of RAC for 15 years and I will not be buying anymore items from this location and likely not from RAC in general. Go to Conn's. Tey are much friendlier and have better service.

My experience was not one I would wish on anyone. While moving in July 2020 I decided to rent a washer and dryer unit until I had a chance to shop for a set I really wanted. Moving is hectic and with the online service I assumed this would minimize the hassle during my move. Although I applied online no one reach out to me and after a week of waiting I called the local store. The set I wanted to rent I found on the local store site was not available although it still indicated online it was. Once the service rep helped me find a set that would work for my family. I was quoted a price paid that day and waited another week for delivery. Sadly I found the price they quoted me was not what I was charge which was $50 more a month?? It was explained to me it was the insurance for the units and that even if you ask if there are additional charges at sign up this is not something "they/Rent-a-Center" includes in their quotes. I had these units 4 months and as advertised I took advantage of the put my payment off for a week which I still paid full price but this was a promotion. The next month I called and discussed with Bianca if there were any way to pay a week later bc of sudden expenses that I wasn't expecting. She was very rude and I took some of her comments to mean I was doing something wrong. Since we couldn't come to an agreement I decided now was a good time to have the unit p/u and buy my own. Bianca helped me schedule a p/u for the following week which is the same week my payment was to be withdrawn at which time she assured me would be pro-rated due to the pending p/u. The full amount of $154 was withdrawn the center was 5 hours late for p/u and sent one tiny gentleman to remove the unit and caused damage to 2 doorways and 3 walls. No one will return my calls from the store about reimbursement since I paid for 30 days I did not have the units in my possession. A mo later I reached out to the Main Office who did give me a "claim number" but another month later no one has reached out. ZERO stars given.
