  I started coming in about 7 years ago. The people were great service fast friendly. I came in for a pedicure before a vacation and it was awful. Most of the employees were new. The guy refused to do what I asked for. It was a callus remover that I only knew about from previous experience there. He said I didn’t need it refused to do it. Wasn’t until I got home that I realized how unhappy with his job I was. I just said ok I won’t be going back. Last weekend my youngest daughter’s birthday her one repeatedly requested gift was to get her nails done. I took her there the lady did not speak to her. Like the whole time we were there. She sat across from my daughter during her birthday gift and didn’t say one single solitary word to her!! Or me!! I am 100% aware of a language barrier but come on. She didn’t even nod,wink, smile, laugh, cough nothing. Cold dead eyes. It was kind of freaky. I will not be going back obviously. And it actually impacted my kid’s birthday while we were there anyways.

  Hai did an amazing job! I have really short, short brittle nails and Hai was nice, gentle and friendly. And made my nails look amazing! Yes, it's inside of Walmart, but who cares! I have been wanting to go there for a while but every time I'd walk by the were busy and had people waiting! I highly recommend Regal Nails to anyone looking for an amazing nail tech!

  My nails lasted through painting, pinball, my wedding, my honeymoon, and they're still going strong. My nails were filed a little short because I didn't want acrylic, and an acrylic nail was added to one of my nails that had broken off (so I hope it heals ok!), but otherwise this is probably the best manicure/pedicure I've ever had. The woman who did my nails was very good and was able to replicate the picture of the nails I wanted.

  Went here for the first time since my regular salon was booked full. NEVER going back! Don't bother making an appt... you'll still wait 40+ minutes. They did NOT open sterile package of tools! So much more, but not going to waste anymore time. Just will not go back.Service: Gel manicures
