These guys do amazing work, they were so helpful and got my car back to brand new after I was side swiped in April. Also they got the car done fast and gave updates along the way. Highly recommend this shop they will not disappoint. The staff is so friendly and knowledgeable, they give it to you straight and at a reasonable price.Hard to see in the pictures (black car & always dirty ?), but they made my baby look brand new again. 10/10 body shop.

Tony did a great job in a very timely manner. Very polite and professional. A nice clean establishment. I wasn't quite clear on the estimate procedure but everything got taken care of. They did go that extra mile for me on other things done to my car that wasn't part of the original damage. Thank you Tony,Kelly and team.

I got hit by a drunk driver in late Sept of 2021. I was looking for a place to get my car fixed. When I saw this company and they looked great and reliable, well never judge a book by its cover. They had my car from late Sept until December. When I first got it the radiator blow on me and my car was smoking and shaking like crazy, it was a very scary moment for me. Then it went back and forth to the shop and the engine light came on and so many more problems. But what they didn't even bother to tell me or even replace was my turbo, my turbo was BLOWN. I was in a lower budget to get the car fixed, but that shouldn't mean you put used car parts that don't work and then some new car parts, I honestly don't know what's in my car. But now I'm still without a car because the turbo is blown and my car is not drivable. Don't take you're car here to get mechanic work, take it to get the body fixed. Honestly worst service and management is outrageously rude and disrespectful towards clients and don't own up to anything. But the reason why I'm posting this is because I want future clients and parents to be safe, because I know how stressful accidents and cars can be. I do believe that when I first started calling them that's when they decided to work on the car, but so bad at communication and replaying to my questions. Also they test drove the car and everything which I understand, but they left me with an empty tank basically, it was completely full when it got towed to them. They also didn't flush or replace any fluids, they put water for my windshield fluid. My car was a Subaru as well.

I was rear-ended and needed a new bumper and muffler. The person who rear-ended me had insurance and was very easy to work with. Quality Auto, however, took 3 weeks to complete repairs, needed assistance (from me) to get a response / approval from insurance, and communicated poorly about when my vehicle would be ready. When the car was finally ready for pick up, the gas gauge was on empty and the warning indicator for the tires said low pressure (flat). Their brand new receptionist was kind enough to drag the air hose out back and fill them for me (earning their two stars).Services: Painting

Don't send your vehicle here unless you want it gone for over 3 months and used or the same parts just adjusted to the point it makes your vehicle mobile not SAFE enough to get it off the property!!!! They take you for your money and do the worst repair job that is unsafe and and half a__ done even for having your vehicle for that long!!! NO stars is what I would actually give if that was an option!!! You give your trust to someone to fix something you drive your children around in thinking that they are good people and then you get this... it's a shame that people are more about the dollar signs these days rather then the morals and value...

Poor communication skills. I brought my car in for a quote. I called the next day because I forgot to ask how long they would need my car, also wanted to check their availability since I left without making an appointment. Anyway, I called the next day during business hours, left a message. That was weeks ago I never got a call back. I wish they had returned my call I wanted to use their service but if you can’t even return a phone call when I’m trying to give you my money, I’m not going to bug you. I have chosen another company to handle my repairs.

I am from out of town, and had wind damage to my drivers side door, hinges were bent. I took it to Quality Auto Builders for an estimate. The estimate was what I expected it to be, and Tony got my car in for repair very quickly. Told me it would be 3 days, got it back in 2. The quality was great. I highly recommend this business.

Every parent has moments when they're not there to help their kids. Recently I had such a moment when my daughter's vehicle was vandalized. I am out of state and have of course my favorite body shop in my hometown, but having her travel 20 hours to fix the car wasn't possible . I did a little research and was recommended to quality auto builders by the dealership. I called the body shop explained the situation and received a lot of good advice from Tony and the staff. They were prompt, polite, and knowledgeable! They made the process effortless and really took the time to listen to my concerns. We got the car back good as new. Thank you Tony and staff for all your help, I truly appreciate it.

Tony and the team did a really thorough job on a big laundry list of mechanical/under-body and body work after a high-impact collision to my parked car. They worked well with my insurance, and, while it took a lot of time during the virus pandemic, they did careful and excellent work.
