Kerri Fernandez and the girls in the office are absolutely amazing. They were very patient working with me and all the troubles I had with my contractor. I highly recommend this store to do all your business with. Love them, thank you to all. They are also very kind and loving with your pets. Max will miss them all.

Everyone at ProSource is so friendly and super helpful. They definitely made me feel welcome and were more than willing to answer all the questions or concerns I had when taking on my kitchen remodel. Will definitely be using them for ALL my future projects!

I recently purchase about $4000.00 in tile, #ES200271, from Prosource In Loveland, CO, for a project on my personal residence.When I made the purchase, I ask the sales rep, Jillian Heath about returns for unused product. She said they would take back product in unopened containers for a 15% restocking fee. That seemed reasonable. I finished the tile Project last weekend, June 4th. On Monday, I took the unopened containers to the showroom at which time I was told that here would be a 25% restocking fee plus freight. I’m not too happy at this point. When I told the person behind the desk what I had been told, she was totally disinterested. That being the case, I let her know that I would never do business with them again. She pretty much just said that Jillian would never have said that and more or less blew me off. She did call the vendor to confirm the 25%, which they did.At that point, she said she would work up the final numbers and email me the following day. I left the product with the gentleman in warehouse. No one got back to me, so on Friday, June 10th I called Prosource at which time I was told by the same person that I would not be given a refund because it was passed 60 days. At that time I ask to speak to the owner, She laughed at me and said she wouldn’t give me the information. She offered to give me the number of the vendor. I let her know that it was Prosource with which I was doing business. She said that it was corporate owned, and would not give me any contacts. The franchise is owned by Doug Finch. I am attempting to get in touch with him but he has not responded. I've also E-mailed Howard Brodsky, the CEO of CCA Global Partners the franchiser. He has not responded.At this point it is less about the money, and more about the principal. The amount in question is $332 after the 25% restocking fee. Prosource has the product in their warehouse.

ProSource of NORTHERN Colorado saved the day! I placed an order over a month ago at ProSource Denver and the service was awful. No one returned my calls, no word on our order...a nightmare for me and my client. Then I happened to see that there was a ProSource in Northern Colorado and I saw that others had received great service there. I immediately called them and Todd was just excellent. I had my flooring delivered to my home inside of a week!! We are so relieved and grateful for the wonderful service and delivery. Whatever you do, DO NOT use ProSource of Denver. They are hanging by a thread. They will happily take your order and your money and then nothing happens. I highly recommend ProSource of NORTHERN Colorado- they are awesome!!!

My customers usually have a lot of unique issues and she has handled each situation with unheard of follow through and dedication. I would give ProSource of Northern Colorado 10 stars if I could! Like others have mentioned here, we were scammed by ProSource of Denver. They took our money with no intention of delivering the product ordered. Luckily we were able to get that resolved through our credit card company and Kerri Fernandez of ProSource of Northern Colorado saved the day! She went above and beyond with respect to making sure we got exactly what we needed in record time. She was also kind enough to review our order in depth and suggest small changes that would improve our product once installed. I can't recommend ProSource of Northern Colorado enough and we will be using them for 100% of our needs going forward. Thank you Kerri Fernandez and ProSource of Northern Colorado!

I felt so welcome and valued every time I walked into the store - and the number of samples they have make the experience magical. Honestly it made it very easy for me to take on my project and I felt like the staff were there to support me at every step along the way. I highly recommend this store and will never go anywhere else for my remodeling needs! I got so many ideas just from walking around!

Me and my wife have never been talked to in such a rude manner especially by the "owner" of this place and the staff member who was extremely rude. I think 9news the problem solvers will be getting involved.You can by all means support local and small business however you don't have to support nonsense and rudeness especially when you ill equipped to take a payment with a debit or credit card.Then on the bill a 65$ charge for delivery when we were picking it up.
