I went to the Loveland Poudre Valley Pet and Feed store looking for hydrolyzed pup food. I walked through the door and asked the cashiers if they carried hydrolyzed food. Kira got very excited she showed me exactly where the food was in the store and told me that Poudre Valley management tests the cashiers on their product knowledge and I was the first person who asked her about hydrolyzed food. As I was leaving she told the other cashier all about the test. I truly appreciate Poudre Valley encouraging their cashier's to learn about the stores products and especially Kira for helping me so efficiently and enthusiastically. Well done Poudre Valley and Kira!!!

Staff is friendly and helpful I usually go on the first Wednesday of the month for supplies. Get a senior discount on the first Wednesday of the month

Local small chain that cares about its employees, they are knowledgeable and care about your family members. Prices can be a little higher than amazon or big brand stores, but the service and price is worth it.

First time in and a great experience. The staff was extremely helpful, very wide selection of foods and supplies, and we also took advantage of the diy dog bath. We will be back!

The stuff I needed was easy to find, the store is well organized. Also the cashiers were so nice and seemed to genuinely enjoy themselves and cate about animals.

I filled out not only one but two adoption request forms at the advice of the staff and even received a confirmation of acceptance and approval for the animal I was looking to adopt from Animal Friends Alliance. Upon calling the store hours later to coordinate pickup I was informed that they adopted her out earlier in the day regardless of the paperwork they already had on file. "First come first serve" must mean whoever is literally in front of their face at the time not whoever has already submitted their paperwork. Will not be working with Poudre Pet & Feed or Animal Friends Alliance on any future adoption searches
