I don’t leave a lot of reviews, good or bad, however if it were possible to rate this pharmacy any lower than one star I would jump all over it. Granted, it’s my fault that I would keep coming here for prescriptions that end up getting filled in Fort Collins because they don’t have it. The nice thing when they don’t have your prescription is that nobody here takes any accountability for customer service and if you’re not careful they may end up tricking you into thinking that you’re actually the inconvenience for attempting to fill a prescription here. Save yourself the time and headache and just get your meds in Fort Collins.

I spoke to Carmel from claims, and she helped me pull my bill out of collections and had the hospital submit it to Kaiser since they failed to do so the first time. She saved me from almost 2000$ worth of debt and rescued my credit score from being trashed due to the incompetence of UC health staff. I cannot recommend her enough. She really saved my skin and alleviated a lot of stress. That woman deserves a raise.

I don't even know where to begin. If you can possibly fill your prescriptions elsewhere, I strongly encourage you to do so.
This is in response to the request to email you so my concerns might be resolved. I have already attempted this route sadly, to no avail. Events took place that I felt indicated there was little concern for me, my health or my safety. For this reason I have transferred all of my prescriptions to another pharmacy. When it came to the point that I felt my health was in danger, I could no longer overlook the concerning behaviors that had transpired.

Made me switch from Walgreens to Kaiser’s Loveland pharmacy. Walgreens manages my meds far better than Kaiser.Latest headache was I called and placed my order for asthma meds with mail order. Delivery date came and went. I called the line and it said the prescription didn’t exist. Talked to a person they placed an emergency order for pickup. They were supposed to txt me when ready, they did not. This isn’t the first time they have messed my med order up.

My daughter had her doctor send a prescription to Kaiser. We went from the doctors' office to Kaiser to pick it up, about a 10 minute drive. The wait for the pharmacy to fill the script has taken longer than the doctor's visit, not even counting our time to get here. Very inconsiderate of our time. Will go to Walgreens next time.

I absolutely love this location Kaiser! We've been Kaiser members for over 30 years( previously in No. Ca) and Northern Colorado Kaiser does not disappoint . We have never had any problems being referred to a specialist, when required. Love my Doctor, Mathew Beal. He is a great listener, kind, compassionate and thorough. The pharmacy is always quick and the lab also expeditious. Highly recommend Kaiser!!
