We've been to the grooming salon a few times with our Husky. She can be difficult when it comes to her nails so we understand when they aren't always cut super well. This is the first time Madelyn B did her nails and they were PERFECT! The moment we met Maddy she was incredibly friendly and confident. We knew our pup was in good hands. Thanks Maddy!

We have 3 dogs and have taken them to PetSmart a number of times in the past to be groomed. The groomers we have worked with have all for the most part done a wonderful job. This review is not based on their work.We scheduled all 3 for appointments at the Loveland store a while back and when we took them in the individual the at the desk was immediately very rude to us. Their appointments were staggered and we were told in a cold angry way that we couldn't leave all 3 and pick them all up when they were done, like they have allowed us to do many times over the years. We decided to turn around and cancel the appointments as we were worried about how our dogs would be treated after this interaction with this unhinged employee.Rescheduled with the Fort Collins store only to be called the day before telling us one of our dogs that has had some issues/aggression in the past, couldn't be groomed on a Saturday, too busy they said, and we would have to reschedule between Monday and Thursday. We need more notice than this.Having 3 dogs is stressful as many of you know. With our busy schedules, it is much easier to take all 3 dogs at once. We will not be taking then back to PetSmart based on the poor treatment we received and this new wrinkle of not being able to take all 3 on the weekend.I want to stress, this is in no way an indictment of the great groomers that have groomed our dogs in the past!

Customer service never good. And if you do need someone’s else, good luck finding an employee. There’s never any to be found.

Absolutely horrible grooming! While the groomers are friendly the one that butchered my boy should be ashamed of herself! Not knowing how to groom is dog abuse and neglect! She shaved my Pomeranian and now his guard coat is not growing back. Simpleton!

I have a miniature Goldendoodle and she was in desperate need of grooming. Everywhere else was booked out farther than expected. Petsmart had same day availability. I was able to confirm her records were up to date from her Arizona grooming. Booked quickly and took her in for a consult. Discussed with the groomer, Kati, what the expectations were. Kati was very transparent and upfront with what may or may not be required, along with addition upgrade/downgrade of charges. Lil Miss Dolly was slightly anxious, but way better than in the past with groomers. Fast forward 4 hours later and was called to tell us Dolly was ready. Kati met well beyond my expectations and I look forward to future grooming appointments. Not to mention, all the staff was absolutely amazing, but my word is Kati top notch. I am very hard to please but the moment I saw my lil girl, I was in heaven. She looks so eloquent and well cared for. Thank you again Kati. Attached is a picture of her relaxing and her fluffy coat.

I mentioned in the comments that my dog is afraid of the hairdryer so the groomer that was supposed to do his appointment on Thursday, December 21 called and said that she could not do it because she couldn’t take the time because he was afraid of the hairdryer. She said I should bring him in on Saturday the 23rd for another Groomer to do instead.My son showed up at 12:15 and was told that his appointment wasn’t until 1230 so he had to sit and wait until several groomers showed up at 12:30 and then they finally took my dog in about 1245.I finally got a call after 4o’clock to come and get my dog. Imagine my shock - he had been shaved from nose to butt with just one length of blade. They left his ears long and they left his tail long. But no attempt at making any type of golden doodle style in between.Plus I paid extra to have his nails ground, and , they were sharp edges on all of his nails, and in between one of his pads had been cut with the scissors and was bleeding. I took him to our vet for some medicine then too.After this experience, never again will I use this Petsmart. And so many places anymore send out questionnaires of service afterwards, but of course, never received anything from Petsmart. I’m not sure if they just don’t want to hear it or just don’t really care.

This review is specifically for the grooming salon. I took my 6lb Yorkie in for a scheduled grooming appointment. They said the groomer wasn't there yet but would need to call me to talk about the service before hand. The front desk manager? Called an hour and a half later to tell me my dog had significant mats and that they would be charging an additional $10 for every 15 minutes of "dematting." I have NEVER been charged an additional fee for something that is part of the grooming service at this salon or any other. When I asked her to limit the added charges to $10 (on my 6lb dog) she said they would "not be able to complete the cut." Then she noted there is an additional charge for services provided on Friday, Saturday or Sunday! I ended up paying $89 for the service as compared to $63 total charges the previous time I brought my dog in. I guess they are just making up new charges along the way! Very disappointed and feel like I was ripped off!

Though the store was still being stocked for its new seasonal aisle, it didn't stop the associates from being attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable. They did not have what I specifically needed (boots for my weird hot dog pup :) ) but they had an open return policy if my choice didn't fit well. Clean store, well stocked and good sales.

They needed some restocking everywhere after black Friday, but the gal in the fish department knew her stuff- helped us with everything we needed to set up a fish tank- also told us the best day to come in for fish (which happens to be Thursdays.) She was great.
