Had two wheel studs that I needed cleaned up. Mechanic said he’d have to replace them and took my truck without quoting me any price. Imagine my surprise as a broke college student when they charge me $150 at the end. I said the mechanic didn’t tell me how expensive it’d be and I wasn’t expecting that much and he laughed and said my bad.
I understand labor fee is high but they have no signage posted about prices and he didn’t tell me the pricing when looking at the studs. I felt very manipulated when he laughed about getting on the board for the month and admitting he hadn’t told me what the cost would be.
Thanks Peerless. I’ve been a customer for years and always came to you for my tires on all my vehicles. I will never again be doing that. You’ve lost a customer and as my whole family were customers of your shop, you’ve lost them as well.

I had a great first experience with Peerless! Heath was kind, professional, and took care of me right away. He was able to fix the problem with my tire in less than 1/2 hour at an extremely reasonable price. I tried to have this problem fixed a week ago at Pederson Toyota and it took them 2 hours to tell me that I have a “bad tire” and offered no further assistance. I will be a return customer at Peerless; thank you!

I have been to many tire shops but Peerless Tires is by far the fairest and honest place iv been. And they don't mark up their tires like crazy.

I stopped in with a very low tire. Heath and Wesley helped me out. Wesley put on my spare at no charge, while Heath gave me a few quotes for a new set of tires at my request. They were friendly, helpful and the price was great, so I decided to purchase the tires through them! Thanks guys!!

A total FUBAR. I was given quotes for 4 new tires yesterday. Called them first thing this morning to order them, no problem they said. The tires would be in and ready to install at 11, if not then it would be 2pm. Didn't hear from them by 3:30 so I called them. It's like I didn't call and order the tires at all.
No tires were ordered, no recollection at all from the service desk. I wasted my entire day because of their incompetency. I will not give them a second chance. You who are reading this shouldn't give them a first.
