Bethesda Gardens in Loveland, Colorado has been a blessing for my Dad & our family. The staff is caring and genuine, there is an emphasis on loving kindness! Their guidance in my Dad's care has made life so much richer for my Dad and taken away my worries. From the moment you are greeted in the gorgeous lobby, you feel like BG is home.

My family took 2 tours of Bethesda Gardens. It was beautiful and well maintained. The staff was kind and friendly to all of us.Several of the residents welcomed my family as well. They talked about the great care they receive and how much they enjoy living here.We had lunch there and ate with the other residents. It was a wonderful experience. I'm hoping when my parents are ready to take this next step, this will be their new home.

Bethesda Gardens Memory Care is a wonderful facility. I looked at many places for our Dad before I found Bethesda. It has been such a blessing for our family and especially our Dad. He is always happy when we visit and they have so many activities for them to join in. The employees are so caring and compassionate toward the residents. They also have outings with them ? I work at Bethesda gardens of Loveland. I have found my true work place. all the employee s work together with great team work. we all work together to accomplish one goal to give are residents the best in all we do are management team and sales team is great I look forward to going to work every day with a smile on my face and love in my heart to be part of this team is a great feeling.

A MESSAGE ON BEHLAF OF THE LOVELAND STAFF: Executive Director Trudy Wilkes has systematically absorbed power on location. There is evidence and testimonies of her abusing employees and residents. Corporate has been notified for over a year and done nothing. For the time being the Loveland location should be considered unemployable and an unfit residence for the elderly. Stay safe when you visit your loved ones.

I'm so glad I got my family member into Bethesda Gardens. It's a beautiful facility. The enrollment and move in process was very smooth and efficient. Everyone is friendly and helpful. I got to have a meal today and the food was very tasty with a dining area like a five star hotel. The staff is accommodating and great to work with. Highly recommend that you check them out if you are looking into assisted living or memory care.

I worked there for a year and the reputation has been bad I was trying to improve everything and maintenance to make it look better The management doesn't seem to care that they lose good workers or even try to keep good workers there are some really good people that work there that get no support for management As far as management goes they are making things harder for the good workers there and the residents as well The new guy they hired in maintenance I'm pretty sure is OK but not great There are a lot of things going on there that are needing to be improved for sure! Like reviews I never got one since I was there or even a raise!

most definitely the most unprofessional place I have ever worked at. 1, elderly get treated poorly. Few days before quitting this facility, I seen a resident walking around with briefs. Not one employee bothered to do anything about it. Residents in wheelchairs don’t get pushed out of the dinning room when done, they usually just have to hope somebody comes which will be about 45minutes to an hour. Sometimes resident who get room trays don’t even get their food, im sure a few family members can agree with that. When I first started residents were not being supervised of taking their meds, therefore I would find meds left behind. 2, employees there are the most childish and unprofessional. Drama is their top priority rather than their actual job ?. Cooks are unsanitary, head cook comes in drunk & can’t stand up for his employees that is the the reason he can’t keep any employees to begin with. Sometimes food is undercooked or cold. Head cook also never uses gloves for food handling unless manager is in the back. Picks at food with bare hands while serving it. 3, managements can care less about anyone else. She is very racial & unprofessional as well. I had hands put on me by the chef in the back, she did nothing but tell me “I’ll look into it.” Yet when there was FAKE DRAMA going around they pointed fingers at the two Hispanics working there, tried firing us but only got suspended bc it wasn’t true. She always lies to look good. Hates confrontation, she always thinks people are being aggressive or trying to argue.This management only cares about looking good to the community instead of being good to the community .

No one EVER answers the phone!! My mom, a current resident, called concerned about not feeling well and I spent over thirty minutes trying to get through to someone and NO ONE ever picked up!! This is unacceptable! Additionally I would like to say that this is not the first, or even the second time this has happened.

My husband and I stopped in to view this facility for our grandmother and left on the verge of tears. We talked with Joan and were treated so rude! Such a huge disappointment ?. I have never been treated so unkind. We definitely don't have any peace with sending her to this facility and crossed it off of our list!
