Very friendly, I did however get the wrong info from the cashier about my car but I figured it out a day or two later. The employees are great, except the girl cashier who is kind of rude.

Order parts they say there order coming in and you go get the part. No part because they never ordered the part. So know another week with a broken car because I had to have AutoZone order the parts. Management is terrible at the O'Reilly's in Cheyenne never had the problem in Colorado

Always a cordial and helpful staff at this auto parts provider. I was lucky to have my car act up just after pulling into the parking lot, an totally unexpected event. They were extremely helpful in assisting me with a new battery and replaced it in just minutes, something that would have been hours for me. Thanks folks. See ya soon.

Terrible customer service. I payed with $100.00 bill of US currency. The lady with brown curly hair mid fifty's I'd say. Got and attitude over having to walk 12 feet to get change. Rolling her eyes and smirking all passive aggressive like most Coloradans

Very frustrated. Went into O'Reilly because my truck wouldn't start without being jumped and I wanted the battery and alternator checked. An employee tested the alternator first and determined it was completely shot. I then thought he checked the battery, but later found out he didn't. Because we were told it was "most definitely" the alternator, we took the truck to the dealership because the alternator would have been under warranty. After a $175 diagnostic, we were told the alternator was completely fine, and it was actually the battery. We were very surprised it was the battery versus the alternator, so we called O' Reilly back. Come to find out, the battery didn't have enough "juice" to test it, which I was never told. Because of his error, we are now out over $500 and a massive headache. Won't ever do business here again.
