I went in to take advantage of my Oakley protection plan and the staff were all very nice and helpful, but the inventory was almost nothing for sunglasses. An absolute joke. Giant corner store with no options for replacement Sutro lenses.

John did an amazing job helping my son with his perscription glasses. Showed up a couple weeks later to pick them up and he remembered everything from the initial visit. This is what is lacking in so many other places. Excellent job John!

The team at the Centerra Oakley store was fabulous. I brought in a pair of Oakley sun glasses I have had and thought were broken beyond repair. They quickly and simply fixed what I did not think could be fixed. They could have just convinced me to buy a new pair. However, not only did I end up getting my favorite sunglasses fixed, I did end up buying a new pair and they worked with me to find the exact pair of sunglasses that I am thrilled about. They were patient and professional.

We used to go in and absolutely love this store. Alex and Scott were always helpful and kind. We used to stop in to look and would end up purchasing a new pair of glasses or flannel shirt. The last few times we haven’t purchased anything because the guy working, Kevin, wasn’t helpful at all. He didn’t seem too interested in selling anything. It was like it was an inconvenience that we were there. Kind of sucks to see the change.

I came in to Oakley hoping to get some sunglasses for my family but store manager refused to honor the in store deals however other manager Alex was doing her best to help, very disappointed will not be returning to this location. I believe his name was Kevin.
