I have taken my animals to north shore since I was a kid. I tried a few different vets when i had moved, but I always go back to the best vets and staff in town. We recently lost our dog that they had taken care of her entire life and the staff and the dr's were nothing but amazing. They are reasonably priced, but exceptional service and care.

My last few experiences I have been disappointed with just about everything. I loved North Shore for years and always used them, but since Dr. Schupert and Dr. Musslewhite have left I was not pleased with the changes made by the new persons in charge. The rest of the staff are as wonderful as always, but the process of care for my pets changed and I don't like it.

We've been going to North Shore for 7 years. We love Dr. Doss! She's very good with our Yorkie! We highly recommend them!

We had the best experience with North Shore! We are visiting from out of state and had an emergency with our dog. North Shore had us taken care of completely within an hour, and with a busy/full schedule. The staff were transparent, kind, and helpful. Curbside Care is a new concept, but we still felt very well taken care of! Dr. Walker was very kind, informative, and transparent. We truly appreciated the time he took to answer all of our questions and concerns and give his honest opinion and advice. We didn't feel that a more expensive service was pushed (which we are aware happens often with veterinary offices and hospitals). Staff continued to call and check-in with us for updates and to answer any further questions or concerns. Highly recommend!

We were introduced to North Shore in 2012 when they offered to board my 3 dogs after the High Park fire for a week no charge. I was so impressed with their care I have taken my pups there ever since. Today is Saturday, and my one dog decided to bite my other dogs ear, and they called me right back at 8:30am when they opened. I was there in 20 minutes, and Dr. Caleb stitched my dogs ripped ear, wrapped it to protect it, and gave us antibiotics and pain pills to take home. And while we were there they even got their pending vaccinations. My many experiences have always been positive and I would definitely recommend them and will continue to use them myself. And regarding the cost, it would have cost me at least double to take my injured dog to an emergency clinic, because I have done that before, so I thank you all at North Shore for taking care of my 11 year old darling today!

The best care you can get for a pet, and the only one in town that handles guinea pigs and rabbits and the like! The doctor's are honest and caring. My family has been going here for well over 20 years. They know exactly how to care for your pets and know how important they are to you. The vet will call to check in on your pets too! That's genuine care! I'll never go to another vet if I have a choice. If it's an absolute emergency, yes. But I'd trust them with any animal.
