They supposedly ordered a part for my truck three weeks ago , kept calling them every couple of days..each time I called they'd say it'll be in tomorrow, and we'll call you three weeks later no part. They'll never get my business again nor anyone I know and I have relatives that work on cars for a living.. maybe I was the wrong color..I heard NAPA is a racist company.

This place is ridiculous and need help they do not know what they are doing Roland has such terrible customer service experience I had to go to napa in Milliken they have better knowledge and are better stay away from the loveland napa they don't care

Ordered parts online that were supposed to be in this store. They were not. Ended up driving a total of two hours over two days to get the parts. Pulled them out of the box and they were the wrong parts. Guys at the store were also extremely rude. Talked to me like I’m a moron. Im a decent mechanic but even if I want to send my wife in to grab me some parts your employees should know how to communicate in a way that doesn’t scare her. Two hour brake job took up my whole weekend. Will never shop with Napa again! Never have this much trouble at orielly. Get your act together or in this world you’ll disappear

I went in for coolant. The guy behind the desk was short with me, interrupted me, and just flat out didn't want to help me. There wasn't another customer present, I don't know what I did wrong. Oh and BTW, they messaged me with an 800 number to the Phillipines for my complaint. Do not use this company
