Our mother fell because the brakes on her walker did not work properly. We needed a new walker immediately and were able get get exactly what she wanted within 30minutes. The new walker was adjusted to the measurements of her old one and she got the color she wanted. All information was explained and she is 100% satisfied.... read full comment
