“Sydney & their team made getting a new phone, from an out of state account, soooo easy for my family and I. I Just moved to Colorado and it’s been nothing but kindness from all that I’ve encountered and the folk at AT&T kept that going when a dog smushed up my iPhone. (it was a BIG dog!)
We got ahold of the account holder back in Washington State and Sydney walked them through how to use the app to add me as someone who can replace and upgrade my iPhone. Couldn’t have been smoother!
