Or an easy or transparent process for lease buyout. We. Went with the expedited process as per bmw financial guidelines and are now on week 5 instead of 5 days. We got lied to by the sales person in the process as well about the bmw processing timeline and titlework.

What a great experience! I was nervous upkeep for my Mini would break the bank, but this place was friendly, and the prices were incredibly reasonable. I’m glad I never have to go to a Jiffy Lube again! Thank you for fair prices, quick service, and no hassle, clear plans for maintenance.

Bought a Mini EV 1st part of April 2024. We love the car, perfect get around town car. The car has tons of features we love. We got a great deal on our lease with the rebates etc. Our sales rep Jacob was awesome - he will go out of his way to make sure things are done right and got us what we needed. Finance was quick and the Mini expert was very helpful.
Just this past weekend we had a road hazard that blew out on one of the tires around midnight . Called road side assistance, they got us a Uber home and towed the car to the dealership for repair at no charge. Great service. Highly recommend Mini of Loveland

Jacob rolled out the red carpet for me at MINI. After a horrific divorce and rebuilding my credit he made sure to find me a new model that not only fit my needs but my budget. He explained in detail every step of the process and made sure I felt safe and secure in my car, in my loan, and in having him as a right hand man through this whole experience. The manager Alex was also extremely attentive and friendly. Car buying takes forever. But this dealership made it easy to spend my time at. Thank you to the whole team at MINI on helping me get my life back on the road.

Mini of Loveland might actually be purgatory. The crew there does really their best take the joy out of getting a new special car like a mini cooper and make you question how you offended them to deserve this. They artfully do this while doing the bare minimum to keep you happy so you feel obligated to stick around. Or keep you trapped on site after signing a deal and taking your trade in.
We warned them up front that we had to leave for an appointment 3 hours after we arrived and they assured us that getting out in that amount of time wouldn’t be a problem. Every time they gave us a time estimate it was at least double if not triple what it actually ended up being. We waited over an hour and a half for financing and another hour or two for them to get the car ready afterwards. They did fix a paint chip on the roof of the car which was appreciated but 5 hours in a car dealership is something that we will avoid at all costs in the future. We are hopeful that they will fix the chip on the windshield of our new car but have little confidence that if they do it will take anything less than a day to do.
Avoid Mini of Loveland and BMW of Loveland unless you are sure that you are getting a fantastic deal. Dealer fees on every purchase are the cherry on top of a terrible experience.

Love my Mini but hate this service department. So tired of them constantly trying to sell tires when not needed (they try every time) or brakes or whatever. Had to take my Mini there three times to get the check engine light turned off. Each time I was approached to buy something. Business must be slow for them to stoop to this level. Sad.
