Bought a brand new E350 two months ago, have had multiple issues with the screen freezing and check engine light just came on and the a/c started blowing hot air. called the service department they said I could bring the car in but would not be able to give a loaner vehicle while ours was being fixed. So I can either drive my 2 and 8 year old around in a vehicle with no a/c or walk (I live 15 miles out of town). You would think spending 70k+ on a luxury vehicle that they would try to be accommodating to their customers… super disappointing and will absolutely not be using Mercedes of Loveland

Dropped my car off to have the SRS light diagnosed. Car sat for 3 days and was not checked out and no one called me during that time. Jason was nice and professional even though I didn’t get any call from him on the status of my car. When I picked up my car the staff was very friendly and professional.

I brought my car in for service and was expedited in as soon as the doors opened. Tristan was my service provider and was very kind and helpful. I loved that they have a round trip “shuttle” just in case you want to grab a bite while you wait and also snacks and drinks. Bathroom was kept well cleaned. There was also a nice inventory on vehicles. Highly recommend.

I took my car in to have them listen to a noise and figure out what it was and hopefully be able to fix it. Well they did!! They were very prompt and courteous also which is rare these days. It was a pleasant experience as far as car repaired go.
They were easy to work with all the way thru.

The service was for schedule B service and to look at a problem with the accelerator stalling when beginning from a full stop. It took 3 days for them to complete and the service advisor claimed they could not identify the stalling I reported, so that was “good news” according to him. Of course when I was driving home from the dealership, the car stalled twice. Also, I signed up online for the service appointment and had to wait 3 weeks to get a date and time when I could receive a loaner. I showed up to the appointment on time, but it took them 45 minutes to get the loaner to me. Your time is of no importance to them.
I never get the top tiered service at this dealership from the employees that I have received in the past at other high end dealerships in Texas. This dealership is probably 10 years behind in the treatment to its customers, or at least its female customers. They don’t acknowledge your presence or attempt to make you feel welcomed at all. Then get annoyed when you do not know where to go for help. You always have to wait a good deal of time (usually at least 10 minutes or more) before someone will acknowledge you standing there at the service door in front of the service advisors who won’t look up at you even if unoccupied.
This dealership also does not offer accommodations in the waiting area like computer spaces and high speed WiFi for customers to use while they wait for service — which they tell you will be at least 4-5 hours for general scheduled maintenance. So you are stuck to sit there and watch TV and make your own coffee or get a bottle of water. Nothing else there for you to make you comfortable and treated well while waiting. Thus the need to schedule a loaner. This place needs to come up to speed on treating clients well as they do in other states.
I prepaid for these services which I will never do again, nor do I want to own another Mercedes if I have only this dealership to go to.

I had a scheduled oil change and had a couple of issues that I brought up with a representative checking my satisfaction. Within 30 minutes I got another call that immediately took care of my concerns. Excellent customer service. Would highly recommend this place.

My overall experience was decent. The only reason I’m giving 4 stars is 1. They didn’t top off my fluids, and 2. I asked for them to replace my rear license plate bracket holder and that was not replaced. Other than that everything was great. Jason was my advisor. I brought my car in for a recall, I was on vacation and I asked to be communicated via text and he followed that, and kept me updated along the way! Very pleased.

Austin in service makes sure I’m taken care of and goes above and beyond to explain what each service entails and keeps me informed of where my car is in the process. I would recommend this dealership to anyone!
