Zero or -5 would be an accurate rating. After months of challenging their lack of care and outrageous billing, they don't care. Response again was we did nothing wrong. Money grubbing, couldn't-care-less-about-you attitude prevails. Go to Children's Hospital, or just utilize google. More helpful than MCR.

The system has an arrogance problem which only leads to blind errors. They believe their level 1 designation in alot of their hospitals is a status symbol of care, when in reality it is a bench mark. You recieve the lowest standard they can accomplish for a level 1 desination.They are the new "Emperior with new cloths."They talk about them selves instead of letting their caring talk for them.I don't go to uchealth willingly.

I have an uncle who is or was in ICU after car accident and none of the staff will give me any information on his status. They have assigned someone who lies and pretends to be his daughter n law but is not related at all! They told me I had to get passcide from assigned proxy. I told them she's not related and I just need to know why my uncle can't talk. They are now saying he's not in admissions or hospital and they don't show where he is or if he was released or anything! I asked to talk to proxy and she won't give me passcode to talk to doctors about his condition or where abouts! This is ridiculous and can't believe this is legal! My aunt has called to find out information on her brother and they put proxy on and she won't give her passcode or information either! This proxy is girlfriend to person who my uncle was in accident with and her boyfriend has a restraining order protecting my uncle from him and now his girlfriend is in charge of all decisions?? This is not ethical!

This place will charge you $100 for a COVID test. No, the swab is not made of platinum, no the seats are not made of gold, and no, there is no soothing classical music playing in the background. Just a qtip up the nose, $100. Horrible horrible.

It's disheartening to come for an MRI and find your workers sharing personal pictures just chit chatting out in the open. Please teach them proper protocol and etiquette. It's unprofessional and unsettling for the patients who are already nervous. Then, when you say hello to catch their attention because you've been standing at the counter they look at you like you're crazy. I refuse to be invisible.

Terrible service. I had something serious and they told me it was nothing. They didn't order any of the correct test. Don't bother going here. You'll be best to drive an hour and go somewhere else so you can survive. They don't deserve a single star.

In my time of greatest need (picking up prescriptions after 6 nights in the hospital post-surgery and on my way home) Ryan and the pharmacy came through with a caring surround just moments after the pharmacy had officially closed for the night.So grateful for the service I received.An extra minute can make all the difference and, in this instance, it made an extreme difference. I would give 0 stars. Worst ER. Do not recommend. Make the drive to go somewhere else, even if it's an emergency. You will not get the care you need here!
