Waste of time ! Last Thursday around 10:30 I waited in the paint area for a LONG TIME WITH NO HELP. Across the hall is customer service I yelled over there if they could get somebody to help me .....there is four employees in customer service -one of them called and made an announcement. I continued to wait in the paint area. Nothing nobody came - customer service area didn't even bother to acknowledge that nobody came from the announcement so I left, grabbed a few other items I needed and went back to the paint section. Still nobody there - could hear customer service chatting away. After waiting a while, threw down the shit I had in my arms and said not spending anymore money and time here !!!! I am going to Home Depot! Went to Home Depot went to the paint section BOOM someone acknowledged me and helped me within five seconds of arriving!!!!! GO TO HOME DEPOT!!!

PLEASE do not buy appliances from Lowe's. I purchased 9,000 worth of appliances from Lowe's; washer/dryer, refrigerator, stove and dish washer just over a year ago. There have been issues with each appliance, but the washer has been not working off and on the entire time and has cost me warranty costs and $800 in repairs. Recently it stopped working and will cost another $1000. I called to return it because that is more than a new machine. The manager, Tamika, was going to call after she spoke with Whirlpool who owns Maytag, but she never called back and I have no idea that she even called. Tamika, you have my number if you sincerely intend to make the decision to do the right thing here. .

Went in Monday, as we need to replace our dishwasher. No a associate to be seen in the appliance depth. Went to Specialty Appliance in Fort Collins. They answered my questions and more. And matched Lowe's advertised price. New Bosch will be installed Thursday.

We did curbside pickup, never came out. We sat in the very hot sun until I had to go inside to wake up the person in charge of pickup. Never again!!!

I purchased a fridge yesterday , Derek and Sam went above and beyond to help me. First they helped load and secure it in my truck, then when I got home a noticed the trays were broken Sam retrieved another box opened it and and checked all of them with me and switched them out for me. I highly recommend this store!

If you need just a basic widget and can find it yourself the store is useful. If you need anything specific or different go anywhere else and heaven help you if you need assistance of any kind. Tried to order a custom storm door. Go through the process, pay up front. I was told it would be in in three to four weeks. Tried to call the store and check on my order at five weeks. No one could help me. So I go to the store, thinking my order must be in by now only to be told it will be another three months. No phone call, no basic customer service skills. Ask for the manager and she's on vacation. Ask for the assistant manager and she's too busy to speak with me. What a worthless crew and waste of time.

Needed to purchase a screen door Sunday night at 6:30. The door guy was out till Monday at 10am. Finally was able to pay for it with a pickup date the next day. All good. Went to checkout with a few other items. Only one cashier so tried to use self check. Because I am a Military veteran, self check has to physically help you with military discount. W

LOVELAND CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKS !!! We have paid for carpet that the Loveland Co store cannot deliver. We've asked for our money back so we can go elsewhere but they won't return it. We need the carpet to get final inspection on my new basement Apt. They advertise Customer Service but can't deliver.

Purchased siding on a Sunday and requested it be cut in 12"x 48" pieces. I said I would pickup on Tuesday. On Tuesday they had the siding pulled but not cut, so they said we will cut the siding. The woman who was trying to help me was visibly frustrated. I gave them till Wednesday afternoon. While driving home they called and wanted the measurements for the cuts, I provided the info. They called again about 5 minutes later said they could not cut the siding due to the saw motor and blade overheating. I said ok I will come in tomorrow to receive my refund. They called again 5 minutes later saying don't bother we will cancel the transaction and you will get your money in a couple days. In a previous interaction at Lowes in Loveland they accused my wife and I of switching price tags. When the associate who assisted us on the floor had changed the price because they had the product in the wrong shelf. The associate had to clear the misunderstanding after we were humiliated and received no apology. I went to Home Depot and they cut the siding with no issue and no waiting. Needless to say I will not return to Lowes and will cancel my credit card with Lowes. Home Depot has earned my business.

I have given them so many chances because they are. Lose. The first time we ordered artificial grass for our dog in a specific size. We get there they no longer have it.. and on top of that they don't have anyone there who can cut it. SOOOOO we end up buying an insanely larger piece for twice the price. So many other times asking employees where things are and all you get is attitude or they will just point and keep walking. I went in last week to buy a hidden key rock and I had been walking in circles for like 20 min no employee even stopped to ask if I needed anything, finally I interrupted this employees phone game and asked "could I ask you a question really quickly" and he rolled his eyes pointed me at where they should be and I let him know yes I already looked at the key cutter any chance anywhere else, and he simply said well then I guess not huh. Today we buy nails for the backyard we walk up and she asks the price we give her the price and she says it doesn't matter I have to look it up. We wait 5 min they have 3 people on it and no price nothing. So I ask a manager if your coming up can you ring up the stuff I'm going to get since I'm not buying these. He reply's with attitude "well she's the one who would know"..... wait no I just said she didn't know and her and another employee have been looking it up. I don't want them now hahaha... my husband wanted me to wait so we can go to one of his companies supply houses and I guess now I regret saying lowest is fine! DO NOT GO HERE! I have been in customer service for 23 years and I have never been treated with any type of help! Amazon is the answer for small things! In Fort Collins so many lumbar yards! Don't waste your money on this company!

We ordered our refrigerator, washer, and dryer in the store. First delivery, all the appliances were dented and they send them all back. Two weeks later no one call to let us know the 2nd delivery date. 2nd delivery got our refrigerator, No washer and dryer. Called the store again the next day, they said the washer and dryer delivered and I told them no they sent all the appliances back in the 1st delivery. They said they will call back the next day to reschedule the delivery. One week later, no one call and never got our washer and dryer. It's almost one month since we made the order in the store.

So I went to this Lowe's with my friends so they could find some lawn furniture and I could find the plumbing fixtures that I needed. We ended up making two trips to Lowe's the first one we did find their lawn furniture. The staff was very helpful in finding the lawn furniture and having it shipped to their home. For trip two I was looking for a handicap accessible shower head, a thing that you use to turn the water on that has a hot and cold indicator and a spigot for the bathtub that has a shower switch. I had the hardest time in the world getting simple answers to simple questions. My question was do these three pieces that I picked are they compatible with each other? Seems like a simple question but unfortunately not one of the employees was able to answer the question there was no one working in the plumbing department that day or at least at that time. I did not intend on making a third trip to this place. So I went ahead and bought the pieces and I figured my construction worker could tell me whether they worked. It's so sad that there wasn't one employee who could answer this simple question. Are these employees trained at all? Why are they only trained in their areas? I'm not a Karen but I really was annoyed at the lack of assistance that I received. Would not recommend this place if you have any questions on things that you don't know the answers too. The staff at this location are not informed on any area but theirs so you'll end up either waiting for the employees that section to come back or being forced to come back another day to speak to that employee.

Normally not a fan of Lowe's but this store is great. The customer service is unlike any I experienced at home. The pro desk was fantastic. Russ Chandler did a great job with my order and special requests.

It has been three and a half weeks since I purchased a washer, dryer, and refrigerator from this store, I have now had one wrong refrigerator delivered, two other delivery appointments where no one showed up, and exactly 21 calls with the store. Every time I end up speaking with a different person and they give me conflicting information. More often than not I am told "Let me look into it and get some more information" and they never return the call. I will never purchase appliances from Lowes ever again, nor can I in good conscience recommend Lowes appliances to anyone.
