GO TO HOME DEPOT OR ELSEWHERE!! Went in to purchase a patio screen door, for delivery, and installation. Wasted a half an hour and could not find 1 employee to help. Even called on loudspeaker....they all ran!! I guess the employees are so incompetent that they hide when someone wants help to purchase an item. Bad Management!!

Abysmal customer service. Every time I call this store, the customer service people are just non-chalant, uncaring and rude. I get put on hold and get ping-ponged throughout the store only to be put back on hold or hung up on. I finally get a hold of somebody and they can't be bothered to help me with my appliance order because they're "not in appliances". I'm just going to end up cancelling it after dealing with this store since they seem not to care to do business with it's customers. They treat it like a turn key operation than trying to make it a good experience. Finally got a hold of the manager on duty and hey was rude as well. Not a "Hello, how can I help you?" just "This Manny." just very cold and sounded inconvenienced. The Fort Collins Lowe's is so much better than this one anyway, should've just called them first.

I legit cannot stand this place. The employees literally run away when you try to track them down for questions and nothing in the way the store is ordered makes sense. I shouldn't have to walk a mile to find a stop to leave the store. It's a moronic system and they should drop it.

Spent a good part of this morning returning a window that was found to be broken upon unpackaging. Requested a token discount on the replacement window to at least cover my gas (2 hour drive). Was advised by the assistant manager that she could not offer anything... That's really hard to understand? A simple 10% would have salvaged this customer and eased my ill feelings over the obvious rough treatment toward this product. As it is, I will never shop at this Lowe's again! Unfortunate...

I am giving Lowes two stars because of their lack of customer service. I have never written a negative review before, however in this case, I believe it is warranted. We purchased Christmas lights but decided not to use them. We did not remove them from the boxes. They are in new condition. When I tried to return them, I was told that they would not take them back, stating that their policy was no returns after December 26th. I asked to speak with a manager. Instead, another sales associate arrived and simply repeated what her co-worker had said. Even if the items were unopened. When I asked if there were signs posted or if they were conveying this policy to customers at the time of purchase, the associate simply shrugged. I also noticed that there were still Christmas items for sale. I would have understood if the lights had been opened but it was apparent that they were new in the box. One cannot take lights out of boxes and put them back in without it being blatantly obvious that they had. I subsequently called and spoke with a manager who simply repeated that Lowes company policy states that the product cannot be returned. He repeated this statement several times but did not have a response when I asked why, given that they are unopened. I also pointed out that they still had Christmas items for sale. This is the second time that we've returned a purchase and while successful the first time, the associate on the desk was very unpleasant. We let it go but this time, my only recourse is to leave a review and not shop there again. Here it is.

Got a pot with 2 hibiscus' one red and 1 pink, with a tall greenish silver plant in center, all for $32+ tax!! Just beautiful.Very nice selection of flowers and plants, succulents and so much more!
