DO NOT GO HERE!!!Took my truck here a couple of years back to get my bed sprayed. Recently, I've noticed it's rusting from under the Line X and is bubbling. Mind you, the truck was almost new and has no rust anywhere on it. The owner tried to blame Toyota for the bed itself. He won't admit to it or fix it. I've had several trucks sprayed elsewhere in the past that were older than this truck and have not had a single issue. Horrible way to run a business. I will be contacting the BBB.

Horrible. Lack of prep work. Have no doubt I will have issues down the road. I wouldn’t have them line a beach ball. They will waste your time. Did a half job on my 70k truck…. Stated we will fix it but are out of material. Hmmmm wonder why it looks like a half done product. Take it in to discuss….. well that’s not right….. That shouldn’t happen……. Keep pointing things out and get told I need to calm down and not yell. Who’s yelling? “Well it is going to take a few hours to fix.” “We may have run out of materials.” Should have never been sprayed if you don’t have the materials…. Removed the tonneau cover and found the amazing hack job “over the rail” go somewhere else…. Paid $670 with tax… got a half refund…..

They failed 3 times to do the LineX on my bumpers without chips and peeling. I pointed out the flaws the day I picked it up after the first spray. They tried a temporary fix that didn't cure. When they went back to fixed things properly, they completely forgot one area that the owner and I discussed as part of the fix (again this had been there from day one). The owner then tried to claim that I did that damage because he missed fixing it. Cost me twice what it should have in my time and Ubers to have them fix their mistakes and it is still not done correctly.

I came to this location because they apply Line-x bed liner and undercoating. Glen and his crew took care of getting me in and back on the road. Luis made sure that my van looked good after it was all done. It's nice to work with people that care about their customers. Thank you!!!

These guys really came through for me. I needed a project done and they made it work in my time frame and did an amazing job. The staff were all incredible and it was great meeting and working with them. If you need bed liner I wouldn't go anywhere else. bought a brand new 2021 GMC 3500 Sierra with a flatbed. I scheduled a month and a half in advance to get the front grill sprayed the rockers and all of the bed and get it undercoated on the flatbed. Unfortunately after 3 days they were still not done. I drove in on Thursday to pick it up and unfortunately I wasn't able to pick it up until Friday midday. I was required to take another 2 days off of work. Then when I got my truck back since it was late and no one was there when I picked it up I couldn't check the lights with them. Unfortunately the lights that Mark safety on my flatbed now don't work. I bought brand new LED lights for it and everything works great. Unfortunately I came back and found them not put in right They say top and they were all every which way so it looked funky when the lights came on. I found black on my brand new turn signals. When they sprayed my head rack it came through my head rack got onto the back window of my new truck and that wasn't cleaned off and now there's a mess on the back side of the head rack that you can see from the inside of the truck. Now I'm required to take my truck elsewhere to get the wires fixed like it was originally. Which is going to cost me $170 an hour from the original installer. As a business owner and contractor I never leave a house messed up or half done or worse than I found it??? The business practices here are completely unacceptable! Someone pays money for something and you don't do it right the first time they have to bring the flatbed back in after it's already been there for 5 days because you guys didn't spray it right and forgot to spray the whole flatbed for some reason they didn't see it fit to spray the sides? I am very very upset that I just spent all this money on my brand new vehicle and now it's not fixed and I have to take it somewhere to get my new vehicle fixed! I have to pay out of my pocket another day off as a contractor and pay for the work that Linux f***** up!Now I'm just worried if they'll even stick behind their warranty because I couldn't get them to fix my vehicle who knows if they'll stand behind the warranty that they did to my truck. If I had it all over to do again I wish I would have went to Boulder to their Line-X because just one phone call made me sound like they were more organized and we're really upset with what happened to me in Loveland! Unfortunately I will never take my business back to this Line-X because of the way I was treated with a brand new vehicle and the s*** job that I got and now it's left on me to fix it? This is definitely going to be a call to the better Business bureau because this is not how after they returned my truck to me I've been trying to call back all day and no one wants to return my call and I was literally working in Loveland less than half a mile away. They run the auto body side of Line-X as well and I was actually thinking of wanting to take my car there but once I seen how I was treated and how my work time was treated as a customer and then how I was required to fix their f******! This is not a place I will have anything ever to do with again and I will make sure as a contractor everyone I tell when they ask about the spray to go to Boulder that they don't want anything to do with this place or they'll be getting charged more and ignored in their phone calls when they're trying to get help! business is supposed to be done!

I went to Line-X of Northern Colorado to get a spray in bed-liner on my Ram 1500 back in March of 2020. I have been pleased with the result of the Line-X itself, even with heavy use the last couple months, I still don’t have any peeling. The fact that the Line-X has a warranty for the duration you own the truck, even if it starts to crack, bubble, or flake, makes it well worth the price.While I was pleased with the bed-liner, I had several drain plugs in that were removed to do the bed-liner but were never replaced and other drain plugs were left in and just sprayed over.When they finished the bed-liner they never reconnected one of the bed lights and when I went to reconnect them myself I realized they broke one of the bed light connections. I didn’t think to check them before I left when I picked up the truck. Once I noticed that it had been broken, I called them twice (once 3-5 days after I picked up the truck and again in May) to see if they would fix it but no one answered so I left a message but I never got a response.If I were to do it again, I would have removed all of the drain plugs myself (to ensure I got them back and they didn’t take the lazy route and just spray over them) and I would be sure to check the bed lights before I left because you can’t count on them to call you back...

Very attentive to our needs on our RV. LINEX looks awesome, tinted windows beyond our expectations, and top notch undercoating. All for a reasonable price. This shop provided great customer service and stands behind their work. Definitely recommend.
