Love the store but today I spent almost 300 dollars and the checkout lady had the nerve to act like we were stealing. The marked down skirt was your sticker final clearance and you had to go check to see if there was another skirt at that price. It was very rude of you considering I spent so much there. Hopefully you won’t do this to me again as next time I won’t be so friendly.

Been meaning to get new jeans for over a year, but just didn't feel much self esteem since I have gained weight. I went to the store yesterday and got the best service ever! I was going to try on a size bigger and then Klara brought me a size that fit me perfectly, and found jeans in clearance that were my right size. I ended up getting three pairs. She was also helping my Mother find two great pairs as well! The sales were unbeatable! Definitely left feeling a lot better about myself!! Will be back this week for a styling appointment. Sounds fun!! Thank you for having great staff with great attitudes!! You guys made my day!!

I went in today dreading trying on bras. I was greated right away. They asked what I was looking for. When looking . I found the size I thought I would wear.and.it was too big. One of the ladies knew the exact questions to ask and measured me for the right fit. I have had bad experience with this and today turned out better than I expected.

Positives-the women helping at this store were very nice.Negatives-I don't know who the buyer is for Lane Bryant anymore, but there is literally nothing here with a style younger than my 80 yr old mother. I do not want any of these clothes. Went to Kohl's and found 6 items that were nicer. I used to like clothes here, but last 3 years they just don't carry anything other than horizontal stripes or flower patterns.

I've found a few items that I love and were priced accordingly. If you catch the sales, you can always find at least one good piece. The sales on under garments are amazing and they tend to carry large bust sizes.which are hard to find.

I have shopped at Lane Bryant for 30+ years. Today going into the Loveland store was the worst experience ever. No one greeted us, except with dirty looks. The women working there were so rude...two of them looked me in the eye, glared and turned away. Not one of them asked if we needed help...I will never shop there again, and will be canceling my credit card.

Stopped in to see what was on sale, as there were signs about the big sale in the windows.Picked out a couple items under one of the sale signs and it doesn't ring up in sale. I was fine with it, asked the ladies if they could show me which items in that section were on sale and they said no. It's really just a guess.Pretty useless sale if even your employees don't know what's on sale. So I left.
