Went there for tennis shoes and was able to find 2 pairs very quickly and they were very reasonably priced I definitely recommend anyone to go there if you're in need of very reasonably priced name brands Nike, Fila,u/a etc etc.

Way too expensive! Barely got 3 outfits for my son with $300. They say you saved X amount but you're better off actually saving by going to Walmart

Needs a better maternity selection. It's hard to order online. The option to try on first before purchasing is a must.

Help with Amazon packages and do a good job doing so. It feels like this Store is meant for a higher class of folks. That's just an opinion though. For the offer business to all. But we all know you don't find Walmart folks at kohls very often.

Lucy was very patient, sweet, and extremely helpful. She asked us if we wanted to grab another shirt that was on sale if you purchased 2, way to be engaged with the customer! Great experience!

Made a very quick & easy Amazon return. My only complaint is that the returns are all the way at the back of the store, which is a bummer when carrying a large, heavy box.

I wish I could give 0 starsI wish I could give 0 stars, but don't have that option. I tried to get into my account online as I usually do and it would not let me in. I called to get help and was told that my husband was primary and he had to log in. I have had this card for 28 years, always paid my bill right away and now I can't even access my account. Very poor customer service and did not help at all. Cancelled my card and my account. Their merchandise has gone downhill for the last few years and adding Sephora to their stores is ridiculous. Very disappointed with Kohls and will not be shopping there anymore.
