Carmelo, the manager, gave outstanding customer service today. I used Express Checkout and inadvertently left my $60!!!! Luckily, King Soopers has a good system to track receipts. Even better a great human being out there handed in my cash.My hope in humanity has been restored! Thank you Carmelo!

Store is always stocked and taken care of, clean. Absolutely love the produce and bakery sections and the variety offered. Self check out will drive you mad. I don't understand why they have self check out if they're going to babysit you - I like to get in and get out and that is virtually impossible with their new machines.

The staff are helpful when you ask them a question. The selection is very good. It's always great to see the Yellow tags, which mean things are on sale. All in all, King soopers is a great store to do your primary grocery shopping.

Garrett and an old women in customer service were extremely rude in their exchange with me. Never have I had a problem with this customer service desk and these two were so unprofessional to not only me but people in line ahead of me as well

I've been here a couple times for a quick in and out, but today I spent a good hour perusing the store. This store is great! Lots of activity with being stocked and people shopping, but it was clean, employees seemed in good spirits, and I found everyone I needed. Boars Head deli meats and La Brea breads being sold here was a nice plus. I've been shopping at another grocery store for a couple years now, but I've decided to make this my new store.

I always feel like this store is going out of business when I shop here. The low ceiling, poor lighting, and stuff blocking the aisles makes me feel that way.

It is never fun being berated by a cashier (Shaun) for buying beer with my child. I was told he was breaking the law by being helpful and for pushing the cart, there are no signs about this and never have I heard of such a law. I was then told he can never touch our shopping bags or cart until he is 21 years old or we could be banned from all King Soopers. People wonder why there is such a huge alcohol problem in American it is partially because of cashiers like Shaun that making something look taboo and dangerous.
The only thing this interaction has insured is I will no longer be buying alcohol from here ever again and will most likely avoid shopping here all together.

Something is happening at that place in the last few years. Never heard of such rudeness usually by the people who shop there, not by the workers whom I've known for years. Had to quit going there and switch to the South store, no problems. Lots of homeless people wandering around. Pretty sad
