They decided to start charging my medicine to their bad King Sooper's reward program or whatever it is instead of my insurance. I have a high deductible so I figured all the money they were still charging me could make sense as maybe I hadn't hit my deductible. Once I finally looked into the numbers and saw it had been met, I had to go and ask them why they were still charging me and that's when I found out. I have never once asked for them to charge anything else that is not my insurance so I have no idea why on Earth they switched it over. When I brought up getting a refund, the rude woman at the counter sneered and asked me why didn't I bring it up earlier if there was a problem. Because I have a high deductible and didn't think I had to babysit you and your employees to do the most basic thing and not make a major change in how I pay for medications without my permission.Lesson learned I guess! If you go here, always make sure you ask every time if they are charging to your insurance or whatever way you want to be charged because I guess they will just change it on a whim. I did manage to get a refund at least but only after a store manager was called over and told the rude woman in the pharmacy to do so.

Don’t use this pharmacy. They called me (apparently to let me know a script was ready), and no one was on the line and no message. Then I call back and was on hold for 30 minutes with the most awful hold music I have ever heard. Then a very rude person answered and tried to make me feel like I was an idiot. Some of the worst service I have ever experienced. Will be changing pharmacies today.

If I could put zero or negative stars I absolutely would. Specifically Ally dealing with customer service. BEYOND rude from her tone in her voice to her words. Extremely snappy on the phone. Everytime I have called and spoken to her, she has been short, harsh spoken and genuinely does not seem to care. It blows my mind this girl works here with a mean girl in high school attitude. I always look for a different pharmacist to speak with when calling/visiting the Eagle drive pharmacy.

I was at a doctor's office and they faxed a prescription for me to King Soopers. They also gave me the paper copy, just in case. When I stopped at King Soopers, they couldn't find the fax, so I gave them the paper copy that I had. This was at at 1230, and I was told it would be ready after 3pm. I returned at 3:30 and after searching high and low for my prescription, was told now it will be after 4:30pm. 40 extra miles driving back and forth. King Soopers hates the environment apparently. Am I expecting it to be ready at 4:30? Not really. They've already shown me their incompetence. Hope they fill the prescription correctly after working on it for so many hours.

I stopped in to do my grocery shopping on Saturday 9/30 in the evening around 6pm and went through the self checkout as usual. I couldn't help but notice an employee that was running around the entire front end. She was helping and attending to everyone so quickly with so much kindness. I couldn't keep track of how many patrons she helped just in the time I was checking out myself. As I was finishing up and paying she asked a woman for her ID so she could check her out for wine (I'm sure her job by law). The woman was visibly older and began yelling at the employee and being outwardly rude and disrespectful to the employee who had her hands tied on the situation. The employee did an INCREDIBLE job handling the situation with grace and kindness, she handled herself perfectly and was the best example of customer service I have seen in a very long time. I glanced at her name tag as I left because she deserves praise. Someone give Megan from King Soopers on Eagle Dr a RAISE

Nice people however when they run out of medications they fail the notify A lot of the times even though there's an app a call a text and all these other options you're allowed to select I would like to see more of that because not all of us have the ability to miss a day of our medication and some medications you cannot miss and NEED to be notified IMMEDIATELY if that's going to be the case so we can have it transferred other than that you guys kick booty!

Worst pharmacy ever. Have spent the last week bouncing between nurses, this pharmacy and other King Soopers. I just want to fill my prescription! This location said they only had one size in stock so I got the prescription altered to the size they said was in stock. Return only to be told they have 1/6th of the pills in stock. Now I’m 40 mins away at a different king Soopers who says the initial one has my prescription. Insane incompetence and they treat you like you’re annoying them when you call to see if your prescription is ready. Then they get annoyed if you show up and the prescription isn’t ready “why didn’t you call first”

Terrible, incompetent. keep changing ready time then after 8 hours finally realize they don't have the Rx in store, meds needed urgently for a baby. If any time sensitivity for the therapuetic, go somewhere else - probably not pharmacists fault, understaffed - corporate greed threatening health of customers.

This King Soopers is an absolute joke! They sold me tainted fuel back in January the cost me over $2000 in car repairs. I spoke to 4 different managers all promising to call back and follow up. I was completely blown off and ignored by all of them. The worst of which is Chelsey. She was incredibly rude and straight up lied. Completely unacceptable for any level of customer service especially a manager. This location has cost King Soopers a customer for life and I will not support this company in any way going forward!!

Soopers is not so super anymore and there are other choices. The staff are wonderful and always try to help, but they are overworked with all the extra work management puts on them. Plus, they have to maneuver down the same cluttered aisles we customers do. The food is stocked sometimes in 3 different locations and staff is often unsure of location to find an item. Parking is challenging enough year-round but in spring and summer they eliminate dozens of close in spaces to set up gardening. The atmosphere in the store is always rushed and crowded, what with several cardboard portable displays in every aisle. It's stressful shopping there and now that I've found a store that has eliminated all the nonsense, I'll only use King Soopers as a last resort.

I’ve grown up around pharmacies my whole life. My dad had owned and operated up to six pharmacies for thirty years when I was growing up. He retired after fifty years of being an active pharmacist.That being said, this pharmacy is the the second best (only to my dad) that I’ve ever been to. Nick is AMAZING. He’s gone above and beyond with my specific prescriptions. More importantly, I’m always greeted w a smile from him and his staff. They are interested in me personally and I always feel really comfortable. Nick will also deliver you a joke upon request. Tell him you read this review and he’ll male it extra funny. HahahaThe few times that Nick is not in, you’d mostly have “Monica” at the helm. Friendly, caring, and efficient, she always greets me with a smile.The techs are totally cool, as well. I’ve gotten to know Luis and Alice some and always felt nothing but good vibes.It’s safe to say that Nick and his crew would leap over the tallest building, climb the highest mountain, or travel over the seven seas to get your prescription filled.

Pharmacy people are rude but this pharmacy breeds a whole new type of rude. They speak very quiet so you can’t hear them then get snarky when asked to repeat themselves.The other issue is their system, you call to get a prescription filled, it tells you a time, I was given 4pm, that didn’t work so I asked for an earlier pickup time of 2pm. It’s currently 2:56, I swung through to check the status of my prescription since it should be done. It’s not done, the tech tells me it’s not scheduled to be done till 6pm. No where was I told 6pm.
