I stopped in to do my grocery shopping on Saturday 9/30 in the evening around 6pm and went through the self checkout as usual. I couldn't help but notice an employee that was running around the entire front end. She was helping and attending to everyone so quickly with so much kindness. I couldn't keep track of how many patrons she helped just in the time I was checking out myself. As I was finishing up and paying she asked a woman for her ID so she could check her out for wine (I'm sure her job by law). The woman was visibly older and began yelling at the employee and being outwardly rude and disrespectful to the employee who had her hands tied on the situation. The employee did an INCREDIBLE job handling the situation with grace and kindness, she handled herself perfectly and was the best example of customer service I have seen in a very long time. I glanced at her name tag as I left because she deserves praise. Someone give Megan from King Soopers on Eagle Dr a RAISE

Pharmacy service is uncertain, slow if delivered, and rude. Switching all pharmacy prescriptions to another provider.

This King Soopers is an absolute joke! They sold me tainted fuel back in January the cost me over $2000 in car repairs. I spoke to 4 different managers all promising to call back and follow up. I was completely blown off and ignored by all of them. The worst of which is Chelsey. She was incredibly rude and straight up lied. Completely unacceptable for any level of customer service especially a manager. This location has cost King Soopers a customer for life and I will not support this company in any way going forward!!

Soopers is not so super anymore and there are other choices. The staff are wonderful and always try to help, but they are overworked with all the extra work management puts on them. Plus, they have to maneuver down the same cluttered aisles we customers do. The food is stocked sometimes in 3 different locations and staff is often unsure of location to find an item. Parking is challenging enough year-round but in spring and summer they eliminate dozens of close in spaces to set up gardening. The atmosphere in the store is always rushed and crowded, what with several cardboard portable displays in every aisle. It's stressful shopping there and now that I've found a store that has eliminated all the nonsense, I'll only use King Soopers as a last resort.

This review is just for King Soopers' pharmacy, focusing on their vaccination program. My spouse and I went to King Soopers for routine vaccinations we'd missed when we were younger on Saturday. I'd made an appointment online and we told them what we were there for and they made sure our insurance was in the system. Then we waited outside the treatment room. We were able to go back together, which I asked about since getting vaccines always makes me nervous. The pharmacist was really nice and good at distracting me. I was also assured that my latex allergy was being taken seriously as well. Good at giving the stick, too! I barely felt it. It was over with quickly and we were on our way. We need to do more in the series and I imagine we'll use this location for those as well.

$125.50 pre authorization fee charged that doesn't come back to you for a couple business days. I understand pre authorization, but holding $125 days after the transaction is cleared is absurd.

This is a miserable place to shop. If your seeking customer service thats less than adequate then come on in to king sooner in Loveland of colorado. From the c u sooner service associates right up to the store manager Sammy I recieved terrible customer service without a true explanation of why they were unable to assist me. Dont go to this king soopers. They should fire Sammy and the whiny over weight crooked tooth woman that works customer service . King sooper needs to hire better associates but let's face it as far as the quality of their employees u get what u pay for king soopers. Maybe now I can understand why the company wanted to cease pay raises and lower working wage. I tried returning something I recieved as a house warming gift from my granny. My granny is elderly and she's not tech savvy nor does she have the ability to remember most things especially what register on what day of what time she purchased an item. Needless to say she had no idea where she put the receipt to the item she purchased and my granny always pays in cash ( I think she keeps her money hidden in random places around her home) well I didn't need the very thoughtful and sensible gift she had given me for my house warming she to raved about how great king sooper is and there she be no problem returning the gift. So I went without a receipt my gift in hand to what I thought would be a simple and at the very least a cordial exchange amongst consumer and host well if I couldn't have been more wrong. Needless to say they did nothing short of saying my granny stole this item and couldn't oblige me without proof of purchase. I am appalled and offended by the way Sammy the manager lacked any sort of communication skill and or customer service courtesy. What a terrible and unprofessional way to conduct business king sooper of Loveland I give you this review in return for your lack of ability to resolve an issue and keep your patrons satisfied. Thanks for nothing. Renae

The kids that work here are always so polite! I love shopping here. Definitely a breath of fresh air after growing up in Denver and experiencing less than positive people at most of those locations.

This a lovely place but the service smh!!! I called to order some tenders the guy seems like don't really wanna help and when I finally decided what's the best way to get my order and giving the 2 hours before I would pick it up. Deli guys said I can't do it for that time and I other stuff I have to do. I'm a chef and I can't is never accepted. A two hour window is enough time to get stuff ready and squeeze and order in.

This is the place you want to go if you dont want to wear a mask and want to be around lots of shoppers crowded in. Although they have a sign about wearing a mask, people wandering about with no mask (not even on their neck.) When I discussed this with one of the managers she said "we were told we are not to say anything to the customers". The store is organized in such a manner that social distancing is impossible. Ma t items out of stock.

We just moved to Loveland and It boggles the mind to think that King Soopers only qualifies for two stars and sprouts for three?!when King Soopers are far better a grocery store - quality wise, price wise, choice wise. Hands down, a 5 star rating!

Checkers are not wearing their masks properly, no wipes for carts, just a communal bottle of something that everyone is touching, no cleaning of the pin pads between customers and when I spoke to the manager Brooke she stood two feet away from me. I’m done shopping there. They don’t care about their customers’ or employees safety.
