Kaizen:Thank you so much for making my bumper look awesome! It looks wonderful! I so appreciate the bolts you put on the wrecked bumper during the estimate-process, the ride to Enterprise by Dominique, the frequent texts with updates from Erin, Sam’s call to Enterprise to find out why they hadn’t yet picked me up, and your extra work scraping off the duct tape I’d used where the bumper joined the rest of the car. To me, that symbolizes going above and beyond the call of duty! Thank you for that!All of your staff were kind, knowledgeable, respectful, and made the process easy. I highly recommend Kaizen Collision Center in Loveland. You guys and gals rock!!!

Quick in and quick out. Looked brand new when it was done. The staff, especially Erin, were friendly and knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend this place!

I've been treated in a very professional manner. They seem to know the complexities of insurance companies, explained the procedure. Was decided that my vehicle is a total loss. I am very sad, the ins co are no help.

Still waiting for them to call to place ID tag on driver door (This has been over 9 months ago, still, no call, nothing.). They also misplaced the battery cover and tried a non-OEM fix, which looked really ghetto and torn apart. I just have had a trying experience here and would not suggest the added on stress the stress of already needing your vehicle repaired.

This place is terrible! After dropping my vehicle off for approved repairs, I got a phone call a week later saying that it was going to be more expensive than the estimate said. I was told the person who wrote the original estimate wasn’t qualified to be writing estimates and subsequently wasn’t working there when my vehicle went in for repairs. They told me it was going to cost more without telling me why and wouldn’t stand by their original estimate. I told them not to do the work at this point and went to pick my vehicle up the next day, without the repairs being completed, and they told me my deposit couldn’t be fully refunded because the technician had already began part of the work. I picked up my vehicle and they didn’t even clean the outside of it where they had written in oil marker noting chips in the paint. They just left it on there without a care. I will be telling everyone I know to never take their vehicles to Kaizen Collision Center! Worst customer service I have ever had!

Everyone I dealt with at the shop was so nice and informative. The process went smooth with Insurance. Everybody communicated so well about my vehicle. It looks fantastic and the work was done on a very respectable timeline. Highly recommend.

Wow this place was incredible not only did they get my car back to me within a week, it literally looks perfect, basically brand spanking new. They detailed the whole interior and washed polished the whole exterior. I had a rental thru the local enterprise and was able to just leave that car right in the parking lot :) I would 10/10 recommend everyone was super nice too

The detailing department stole my personal items out of my car. Went through my glovebox and threw everything but the manuals away, took my sacred feather and rocks, parts of my work uniform etc. I have picture proof that these specific items were in my car when Kaizen had control of my car and nowhere to be found when I finally got my car back.

Brought my jeep for any estimate over a week ago. No call. I called them and they forgot and even asked for my number and would call later. No call.

The shop refused to send my car to a mechanic, charged my insurance for a new unibody panel and then just repaired the old one. Paint job was mediocre. They refused to consider my passenger airbag light as part of the accident, which occurred on the passenger side. I do not recommend using them.Service: Painting
