I ordered several items online and paid for Express Shipping in which I was to receive my items within 3-4 business days. I have yet to receive 1/2 of the order that I placed and it has been 2 weeks. Will never order online with Joann again !

This has become more of a craft store that also sells fabrics. I can get a lot of other hobby items here, and that saves me a few trips. The staff is friendly and knows the store very well.
