My family and I have been insured with Jim Todd for over 3 years now and he has always been prompt, helpful, knowledgeable, and kind. I needed some paperwork adjusted today for a new apartment and he had it emailed to me less than 5 minutes after we got off the phone! I highly recommend Jim for any line of insurance, he takes great care of his clients.

My husband and I have been customers of Bob's since we got married back in 2005. The office is always kind and helpful. They've always been able to get us the best deals available on all of our insurance needs. Very helpful with claims and always super friendly. The atmosphere is light and airy! I have been with Jim Todd since 2004. Jim and Tonia are my usual contacts, but everyone there is always helpful when I call. They respond quickly to my questions and concerns.
