My coolant dash light came on while I was driving, and I went to this location nearest to me. The two guys Ethan and Ian were extremely helpful. They took their time and were very thorough. I say this because they even brought out a flashlight to shine through the coolant reservoir so they could make sure the level was perfect. Also, they double checked my oil level even though my oil change isn't due for another 2k miles. They were extremely friendly, and we had some good conversations, felt like I was chopping it up with some old buddies instead of complete strangers. I highly recommend this location, obviously they know how to hire. Customer service is not what you do for the customer, but how you interact with them, and these guys didn't even have to try, they were just being themselves. I appreciate the authenticity. see y'all again soon!

$600.00 in the hole. Thanks Jiffy Lube. James, you know how to reach me.Been a customer of this shop for more than 20 years. It’s tough to write this review, but I feel it’s necessary so others don’t deal with what I’ve dealt with over the last few months.Before writing this review I reached out to the owner via the email on these reviews. I never heard back.This Shop cost me almost 600.00’s in repairs, car rentals, time from work, hassle & annoyance.Here’s what I sent James:1. The oil all over my garage was from your store not securing the oil plug properly (literally what your employees told me). (About 6 months ago)2. I was told you could not do tire rotations anymore. That was a first. Then I spoke with another guy that said you could. (3 months ago). Now I’m scared my wheels are gonna fall off.3. Having customers pull around back is really annoying. I have no idea why you all would change that protocol. If you want us to pull around back, re-pave back there or fix the pot holes. (This one is more annoying than an issue).4. I went to the shop to have an air filter replaced on my company car. It was the ONLY thing I had done. A few weeks later, my check engine light pops on. No clue why & the sensor from Chevy said it could be 15 different things. So, I took it to Davidsons. Had to rent a car for 5 days and deal with all of that hassle. Can you guess why my check engine light was on?Your team installed my air filter, BUT NEVER PUT THE SCREWS BACK ON/SECURED THE AIR FILTER! I literally took it there just for that. Nothing else. How hard is it to secure an air filter?This cost me and my company almost $600.00+$215.00 to fix the air filter thing.$45.00 for some fuel injector cleaner I tried before I took it in for this$362.00 for a rental car last week.I also need to buy that expensive stuff to clean my garage floor. Another hassle and expense.Oil Spots Gone | Removes Oil and Grease from Concrete and Driveway in 10 Seconds | Oil Stain Cleaner | No Scrubbing Degreaser for Cement and Brick https://a.co/d/1rYTVI8$25.005. I was also told you have no way of reporting to my fleet company that a service had been completed. That was a new thing too. I had to manually go into my fleet website and “report” my oil had been changed. That was another first. You guys always communicated that in the past. Otherwise I get nasty grams from fleet saying I didn’t service my car.I’m a reasonable guy, but I’m pretty unhappy right now. I’m asking for you to make this right. Your staff needs to be better trained if they are working on these cars or it’s going to cost you a lot of money. You’re also going to end up getting someone hurt. I also understand how hard it is to find good people. It seems like everyone is stoned or something every time I’m there.I hate being crabby like this, but I think it’s reasonable based on my last visits to your shop.Your shop was the best in town for years. I hate seeing where it is now. You are welcome to call me to further discuss. I won’t be back until we speak though. You can look me up with my last name to see exactly what I’ve had done over the last several visits.No reply from James.

This was my first time in Loveland. I have been traveling and was passing by and Ian was great at taking care of me. This was a nice experience. Very professional jiffylube.

Your employees were lost, could not tell me the recommended oil for my truck, could no change the fuel filter in my diesel truck, didn't know which cap was the radiator cap.Your facility has customers walking around the outside through a pot-hole filled lot, so the customer can babysit your employees.I slammed you in Google and I'm telling all my friends to go elsewhere.Horrible experience!You're a horrible operator!

Sad to say this used to have good service and was my favorite place for 5 years at least...Went today to try again and it was horrible customer service...They broke my glove compartment last visit and didn't tell me so will never go back. They gave a weather excuse they couldn't change my oil... I went down the street to Take 5 oil change and got it done with great customer service and happier guys with doing there Job.

I have been to various places to have my oil changed, over the years, but none have been as competent, thorough and friendly as the Loveland West Eisenhower location. Shout out to the young man with the braids and knit cap! Not only was he knowledgeable and outgoing but welcoming. I have told several people about him and look forward to coming again soon. His warm customer service is exemplary!

Didn’t even get my oil changed, ONE car in the bay and 4 people “working” sat there waiting to be helped while they stared at me for 20 min. Will not be returning, if they can do basic customer service then why would you trust them to work on your vehicle?

I have taken my 2008 GMC Sieria to the Jiffy Lube on West Eisenhower in Loveland, CO. for 4-5 Years. On 9-27-23 I dropped my truck off for an Oil Change. I returned to get my truck and drove it to Boulder for a Service Call and then drove it back home to Loveland. After getting home I went outside to get in my truck and noticed a big puddle of oil under the truck. I then let my truck sit and took another vehicle to work. I then took my truck back to the Loveland Jiffy Lube and an employee checked out my truck. I was informed the employee that was working in the pit on my truck did not tighten my oil Filter and it was leaking. They added Oil and put a new filter. The employee who discovered the oil filter problem gave me a document on Jiffy Lube letterhead stating what he discovered and signed and dated the Document. I called the Loveland Jiffy Lube and spoke with the Assistant Manager and got nowhere. So I asked for the Owners Name and number and was refused the information. The Assistant Manager has stated she would call be back and hasn't. Therefore, I have contacted Jiffy Lubes Corporate Office and spoke with my Attorney. I was told Coporate would contact me and they still have not. DO NOT TRUST YOUR VEHICLES TO THE LOVELAND JIFFY LUBE OR DO BUSINESS WITH JIFFY LUBE. MY TRUCK MOTOR WAS DAMAGED BY THEIR UNTRAINED STAFF AND NOBODY WANTS TO ADDRESS THE ISSUE. SO I WILL LET MY ATTORNEY ADDRESS IT IN COURT. I HAVE SPOKE WITH NUMEROUS PEOPLE AND THEY HAVE HAD ISSUES WITH THE LOVELAND JIFFY LUBE AND THE COMPANY IGNORES THEIR COMPLAINTS. Bob W 970-889-3246

The service technicians were diligent about the correct rear differential fluid and notified me that they had to have it delivered to the shop and that it would add a little time to the service. I appreciated that they made sure the correct fluid was utilized and that I was informed of the situation.

they throw you on a car even if you are not completely trained, and have no idea what you are doing! I would not recommend working here or taking your vehicle here I worked here for a few brief months the manager “rain”, or Christina makes inappropriate jokes does not listen to her employees needs or requests makes us feel uncomfortable and then throws you under the bus for her own satisfaction and safety! Not a very good work environment or leadership skills!

I am a longtime customer of this location (over 20+ years). This location is now under new management (in recent months). I have always received great service at Jiffy Lube, which has kept me coming back. That said, my recent visit, my first visit with new ownership, was exceptional. This team is dedicated to ensuring you feel as though your vehicle is the only one they are working on. They prioritize efficiency, effectiveness and quality.
