“He should not go to Jared” bad customer service and management! Decided after months since this experience that and still thinking about my experience I should write about it.
I had purchased my wife's ring from another jeweler but needed to have her rings soldered together, so I went to Jared, as it was the nearest store. When I provided the value of her ring, the staff member questioned it and insisted she speak with the manager. Despite presenting an appraisal, i was still questioned. Eventually, she took the ring, but when I received the receipt, it listed the ring's value as $10,000, which is incorrect. While the soldering work was well done, I was concerned that if anything happened to the ring, it would not be adequately covered for their mistake. It also left me questioning there confidence to work on her ring. The experience left me feeling questioned and belittled without any communication. Because of this, I’ve decided not to return to Jared. “He should not go to Jared”

My husband previously bought my wedding ring here and a mishap happened at work and the diamond popped out. They told me it would be almost $500 to fix it (which is almost half of what the ring is worth.) I went to another place and they quoted me $55 for the exact same work. You would think that since he got the ring from here it would be a decent price to fix but nope, wrong. Will never return for anything.

Slava is AMAZING!!!! She helped us from start to finish design the most PERFECT custom engagement ring from an old setting. (Design blueprints and plastic mold photos included with final outcome) She was so generous with her time, and incredibly responsive (which considering we are a long distance couple in different time zones - that was a life savor). I would recommend her to anyone looking to make a custom piece through Jared. :)

One of the sales associates accused my wife of stealing a ring after we had literally just walked in to look at rings. It was her personal ring. My wife spoke to the manager and she passively dismissed it as part of the associates “dry humor”. What kind of customer service is that in any world okay that you think it’s okay to come at someone’s character regardless of whether it was a joke or not! We won’t be back to this Jared or any other Jared for that matter.

Professionalism, knowledge and attention to details is what I experienced with my last custom build and purchase at Jared. Jared’s, on line Leo Diamond stud earrings a joke! Received mismatched earring sizes and earrings place in ring box vs earring box! Must have been from their clearance dept. What a joke, never purchasing from Jared’s on line again!!! purchase. Went to James Allen instead. GREAT LAB DIAMONDS AND STELLAR SERVICE.

Went in to have a ring cleaned (not from jared) after getting it back I was told that it shouldn't be worn anymore as the prongs are paper thin! My heart sank! They tried telling us they'd fix it and the cost and to pretty much get a new ring. We left go to the store where he purchased it and the ring isn't damaged like they said. Ended up giving Shane co our business! Not a good way to try and scare a customer into voiding thier guaranteed from another jeweler! Very disheartening and scam I could never imagine.

My fiance and I stopped in hoping to look (and buy) wedding bands. It was a busier Sunday, so I expected to wait for an associate. I didn’t want to believe some of the other negative experiences friends had, but they were correct. When we walked in, several sales associates looked at us, but did not offer a “Hello” or a “we will be with you as soon as possible acknowledgement”. In fact, the looks we got from associates were pretty clear they were not excited to be working and did not really want to help us. We looked around for about 10 minutes. Still no acknowledgment of any kind from a sales associate, so we left and will not be back. Customer service is important. I was really hoping for a different experience, but the associates working the morning of 2/4/24 were clearly not happy to be working and it showed.

Sales person was very helpful. Showed me numerous styles of a pair of earrings that I wanted to have a drop added to. Cleaned my wedding rings and just very gracious.
