We went and had our taxes prepped by this office but after receiving a phone call from (Blaine) he told me that if I wanted I could just go into the office by myself without my husband to sign off on the taxes. Not only is this incorrect it is illegal! We left and went to HR Block who assisted us with our return and actually ended up receiving a refund of over $4500 more than what Jackson Hewitt had said. These people are just there to get you in and out as quickly as possible. They are highly unprofessional and we would never use this service again. Go somewhere where they educate their employees on correct and true practices and professionalism.

We've worked with Jackson Hewitt for several years and have been satisfied with the service. Unfortunately, I think this will be our last year due to the increased cost of the processing. Thank you.

The agent was nice. Nothing is special except a higher fee. If we weren't new customers, we would have to pay over $600 for doing taxes. I do not understand all the fees but probably not come back.

Got me right in. Prepared taxes in a timely manner and I am a new client so I got a good discount for tax preparation for agreeing to let them send me emails about their financial products.

This is the fourth year I've filed with Jackson Hewitt, they are very professional and patient, and go out of their way to get your taxes filed accurately. They do an awesome job explaining everything. Highly recommend!

My previous tax accountant stopped returning calls and seem to be MIA so I had to scramble to find somebody that could do my taxes short notice. I walked into Jackson Hewitt and explained my situation. I scheduled an apt but because of family illness I had to reschedule the first one. Then I had a medical emergency that caused me to miss the second appointment.They were understanding and my new preparer, Tammy, was kind and is clearly very knowledgeable. She is working to help me get my return filed on time. Cannot recommend them strongly enough. They will be my go to for the foreseeable future.

Tammy T. was amazing! I didn't plan on filing with Jackson Hewitt this year because last years service was quite the debacle... I'm so glad I did! Have had J-H do my taxes for several years now and it seems to get quicker. Had an appointment set only to find something had come up. Went in to let Tammy T know that I was not able to make the appointment, but to see if I could squeeze in or reschedule. Tammy actually made time for me half hr later. Sat down with Tammy, only to get all of my taxes done and with a great return. She was awesome and glad that I was able to get it done. Thanks Tammy ?
