Had this place do my taxes this year. Started in late February and it’s still not completed as of 05/23/2024.
Jackie messed up some paperwork and costed me $5,000 in the state tax credit for electrical vehicles.
It took almost one full month to speak with someone to get the mistake fixed. Had to call about 5-6 times to speak to someone who could actually do something.
I still haven’t seen my $5,000. They have completely removed themselves from the mistake they made saying “wells it’s correct on our end”.
Do not go here. Use someone who actually cares. Keep it local and avoid this place at al cost.

This location is soooo much better than the Denver Ave location!!The professionals actually know what they are doing and they are much friendlier..The Denver Ave store refused to see us even though we had an appt and was very rude so we went to this location where they squeezed us in without an appt at their store.. We will only come to this location form now on.

The Jackie Dinlong Hu on SW 10th Street, is the best, she is a Senior Tax Analyst and knows her stuff! Great at explaining, calm, friendly and makes you feel comfortable.

DONT GO HERE. They charge more than an accountant would charge. $330 for taxes is absolutely ridiculous. They charge you for things that you don’t need. The $40 “insurance policy” is absolute BS.

Horrible experience. Extremely rude, rambling of politics by the worker Jackie along with many remarks of "people cant have a bunch of children, not work, and get money for it, thank the Republicans who changed all that whole the democrats wanted to hand out free money" was a direct quote. . Zero knowledge of what needed to be filed or how to do it. Extremely out of line and unprofessional.Highly recommend other offices around Loveland. This lady is horrible.

I had made appointments to begin my taxes remotely weeks before I decided to go in to the office in person. Doing taxes remotely did not work, because work just never got started, but when I went in person, I had an fantastic experience. My collaborator did a great job in fast, efficient, and high quality service.

I have a very simple return. The problem was I have two royalty checks that the person didn't seem to know how to file. Made the trip to the office twice, was not informed about what the charge was going to be. When she finally completed it, I'm not sure it was done properly. Then was charged twice what I paid last year. What a rip-off for the elderly. Could have had an accountant do it for the price!

I would give 0 stars if I could. Was told return was done, but the tax preparer needed to speak to me. Emailed and called at least 15 times over a month-no response. Terribly unprofessional. DO NOT use H and R Block-especially the Loveland office. You will regret it.
