First time being here and front desk clerk was rude and acted like where I live wasn't a place to live. I'm sorry I've had to ask for help, it's not something I do. But we have been struggling and needed a little help. While sitting and waiting she was talking about us to another worker. Even if she is a volunteer or if she gets paid she shouldn't have the responsibility of assisting people who need some help.

Amazing staff, I have never had so many kind and caring non judging people be so helpful. They are very tentative and easy to communicate with. Shannon was amazing. I can't thank you girls enough for your kindness and help . I would've not known what to do if I didn't get your help. Will be paying it forward. Thank you again so much !!

Such a great cause, the donation area is well labeled for food and clothing drop-offs. Friendly volunteers are there to help, even if they are headed out on a lunch break(yes, I felt bad they stopped to help when I thought it was a simple yes/no question)

Great little boutique! Get your taxes done for free by trained volunteers! Join a group of women over fifty for a free, live chat once a month (courtesy of mostly-retired therapist Beth Firestein, PhD), sit in the lobby and meditate. Such nice people, just some concern on the huge cracks on the second story....

This place helped me with food and clothing after I was banned from LRC for defending myself against an assault.The workers here gave me a choice of items and were a pleasure to meet .

I went to their location in Loveland, CO which is THE LIFE CENTER on 11th St.There are lots of things there besides House of Neighborly Service.For example, the VITA office is there and they helped us with our taxes for free! We are low income & are over 65. Check with them regarding whether you qualify for their help .That day we also visited the boutique run by HNS. If you meet qualifications you can get help with clothing for free! They do have a lot: women's, men's, children's & infant's clothing & items. Also shoes, accessories, kitchen, decorative & bedding items. Again we are low income seniors, so check with them as you may qualify for the boutique & help with food. We go to the Berthoud HNS for food help They are located at GRACE PLACE CHURCH on Route 56 E just off of Route 287 in Berthoud. They are there on Tuesdays & Thursdays. They are building their own building in Berthoud. Both offices are GREAT. They really care about those they help.
