“Great work by the event and tech team for our conference event. Thanks to Taylor for her excellent customer service throughout, James Burton for his quick delivery of recordings, and Noah for day-of and day-prior technical assistance. We'd love to use the facility for our conference again. Attendees commented on the excellent location and ample parking. We had 400+ attendees and overall the conference was very smooth.”

“All was up to Holiday Inn standards in my book. Clean rooms, good location, and very welcoming staff that were also helpful.

Rooms: Clean and properly set up

Nearby activities: Bars, bar and grills, and convention center nearby. We had a conference at the Embassy Suites that we could walk to.

Walkability: Multiple restaurants and convenience stores , as well as other shopping, well within 8-10 blocks.”

“The only complaint is for a $12 per day parking fee. There was no security patrolling the parking lot. When I asked if my vehicle were to be broken into or damaged would the hotel pay for repairs since I am paying for a service (a parking fee) I was told no. Then why are they charging $12 a day for me to park there. In my opinion just some more corporate profit gouging.
Nice, clean room. The room could use some refurbishment.
The staff from the front desk, to the breakfast attendants, to the housekeeping crew were friendly and courteous.”

“My Place Hotel in Loveland CO is definitely a great choice if you are looking for an affordable extended stay hotel in the area that is Clean, has a friendly and helpful staff, and conveniently located. Everyone from Housekeeping up to the General Manager were amazing, and made us feel welcome. This is an Economy Extended Stay Hotel, so you won't get things like a Pool, or a breakfast buffet here, but everything about this Hotel feels like a full-price brand! This was so refreshing to be able to call them home for the time we were there!”

“Manager (Dawn) at check in was very polite, friendly and efficient. Read a few reviews checked in and pleasantly surprised. Room very clean, outdoor pool clean and 9 foot. On-site restaurant provided very good food, friendly atmosphere. The bartender, Kyler friendly, efficient and just an all around great person. Would definitely stay here again. Gave rooms a 4 only because they are dated but absolutely nothing wrong. The fridge had a freezer.?

Rooms: Very good.

Safety: Felt extremely safe

Food & drinks: Fabulous chef great bartender!

Noteworthy details: Would stay again, even if a little out of my way. Great manager Dawn. Romantic setting in the court yard.”

“I would gladly give this place zero stars if I could. Where to begin with the problems? I think the scariest thing is that there were multiple pills scattered under the bed of various colors and kinds. We have a small baby who is crawling around on the floor and can't imagine the crisis that would have occured had he found these pills carelessly left out. I don't expect the place to be the Ritz but I definitely expect it to be clean and safe for my children. I can't believe a business would be so careless. It also makes me question what kind of people are staying at a place like this. Except you can see the kind of people staying here because there are riff raff hanging around smoking outside the building and wandering around inside, possibly living there. Add that to the run down state of the place and I'd say we'll never be back. Our room had a torn curtain, chips in the bathtub, mildew on the ceiling, and the furniture and walls were in various states of being torn and in disrepair. Our baby was walking around barefoot and just walking around gave him black feet which makes me question exactly how clean their carpets are. The floor was sloped and weird. The shower dripped on and off. The pool they so delightfully advertise is a rundown mess. And the whole place felt damp and weird. The staff seemed put out when we interrupted their smoke break to check in as well. We generally don't expect much from a hotel, just to be clean and generally comfortable to sleep in, but this place was pretty disappointing. You'd think for over $100 a night it would at least be clean and comfortable but it's not. Save yourself the money and the headache and choose somewhere that's safer and cleaner. I'd post pictures of said pills and the look of the place, but I can't figure out how.Safety: Old medicine and pills were left under the bed for my children to find. This place is lucky they didn't touch them or get sick from them or else they'd have bigger issues on their hands.”

“This place has been a haven to me in a really hard time. I want to take the time to shout out Lupe, she is remarkably kind and was professional and helped me get into a room despite the one online being unavailable. She was great and someone give this kind soul a raise. Thank you Lupe, and thank you management.”
