Requested style: Trim on sides with #2 clipper and feather into hair just below normal part, and cut 3/4” off top and prevent combover look.
Stylist: Kala was my stylist. Had understanding of what I wanted and did a great job. Very congenial and polite.

I would like to say horrible customer service but, there wasn't any. Many stylists available (always a few free and not serving anyone) . Never talked to me or the three other people waiting (not even a greeting).
Gave up after about 40 minutes after inquiring as to the waiting time. That didn't get an answer to that either. Wasn't impressed with them in the past but, never going there again after this attempt.

Worst haircut I've ever had. Didn't know 2 inches on the sides and 3 inches on the top meant buzz cut.

The big size lady with pink hair left one side longer than the other. I brought it up to her and she just stood there, then I asked her, can you fix it?. She just cut a chunk off without concern to the bangs some and still left it longer than the other side.

Constant turn over here they cannot keep any good stylists, not to mention the prices keep going up and are becoming unreasonable for what you get . Just got one of the worst hair cuts of my life here definitely will not return

The man that cut my hair didn't pay attantion with what I asked for and made my hair too short. As well as shaved the sides to short.
