So this is hands down the best goodwill around its more like a boutique it is clean smells good and prices are great ! Name brand cloths Adidas,Nike, Sketchers Loft you name it and not priced to high! Not to mention craft supplies electricronics they have EVERYTHING! OTHER GOODWILLS NEED TO COME HAVE A FIELD TRIP TO THIS STORE SO THEY CAN SEE HOW IT SHOULD BE DONE! Great and helpful employees its always friendly. Thank you !***One note not just to this goodwill but to goodwill corporate the whole round up thing is really phased out its been going on for over a year now ! No im not rounding up my round up goes into my savings !! I hate that i get it its a corporate thing but maybe pass the memo on ,enough ,move on to something else! Just saying every place is doing it . It adds up and with inflation Really ?

Just bought 2 shirts and three ties for 30 bucks and they asked me to round up. 6 dollar minimum for a tie. I have to find a new Hobbie because it's just not worth it anymore. It's disgusting these people take advantage of poor people like that

My Mom wanted to show me the recent remodel inside, and I love it. I found way more clothes at much better prices than I ever remember getting here before. Just one suggestion, please stop using that extremely strong floral fragrance. I'm not even smell sensitive and it was way overpowering to me. Gave me a headache. But thumbs up on the new layout, I love it and bought a ton of stuff.

Gal that works the register is so rude and unfriendly. I don't know her name, but we all know who she is. How does she keep her job?

While checking out the women asked me if I wanted to buy two of the same thing, I said I was good with one, then in an accusatory tone said 'well I saw you had both in your hands earlier', I reiterated I just wanted one. With the same tone she then asked if I was sure my cart was empty...I've shopped here for 7years and always round up. Never again.

Tried to dr boxes of children and adult cloths. I made the HUGE mistake of bringing them in box trailer. No way to get in the drop off line with a trailer. The staff was more than rude. I offered to use and hand truck and bring the boxes over. No How about I roll one of the big blue bins to the parking lot and load it and roll it back? No. The attitude on the guy running the drop off - unacceptable!

I've been a frequent shopper at Goodwill for years now. You have recently installed fragrance contraptions, big time overwhelming. Instant headache and dizziness. Sad to say I cannot shop there anymore.

Purchased a bookshelf and another piece of furniture. Realized only one item would fit and we don't have another way to get the bookshelf home so we let the store know to not even bring it out because we couldn't take it. Asked if we could get in store credit on return of bookshelf. They said all furniture is final sale and we don't get any return. Not even store credit! Not to mention just rudeness from staff and store manager. Goodwill seems to have forgotten what they stand for......will never return to this location and DONATE anything again.

I stopped by this store yesterday 8/3/2023 with my son and granddaughter, not the friendliest place I've been to, no changing rooms, but what pissed me off was my disabled son who is the kindest kid, he speaks to the older lady with grey hair and reddish highlights, he tells her how he likes her hair its beautiful, he likes the red in it and this old hag just reply with the rudes thanks I have ever heard ........ Lady you need happy pills or laid or just quit your job, you shouldn't deal with public or children

I arrived at Goodwill on a Sunday at 5pm. From the moment I walked in to when I left which was 615, the workers were on this mission to apparently drive their customers nuts! There is no need to go over the speaker every 15 minutes and on top of that repeat themselves each time! This is exactly what their message is every 15 minutes for the last hour and 15 minutes “ we close at seven we close at seven, we do not have dressing rooms we do not have dressing rooms, do not use the bathroom as a dressing room do not use the bathroom as a dressing room.” Yes they repeated each statement just like that! After 615 is when they started adding the store was going to close in 45 minutes the store was gonna close in 45 minutes! It’s not my fault that you’re working it’s not my fault that you want to go home and your priority is to make the shopping experience a headache! Overkill!! I see trying to do this message perhaps 45 minutes prior to closing maybe one or two times but I guarantee you they’re still blasting over the intercom right now!If they’re trying to get people to leave they’re doing a good job! Corporate needs to see this review! corporate needs to know what’s going on! management needs to know what’s going on because nobody wants to go into a store and feel as though they’re a bother and needs to hear a broken record! Rude is an understatement! It was not busy they were not getting any new customers that would need to know this important message! Just an handful of people in the store, and after the 30th time coming over the speaker , I left my cart and walked out! and my only guess is to drive everyone insane! repeating each message “”rthat they close at seven, there’s no dressing rooms, do not use the restroom as a dressing room, And the closer it got to 7 o’clock she would do a countdown to closing! ?

It's got A LOT of clothing but NO DRESSING Rooms, and they specifically went on the intercom five minutes after I asked and said "and do not use the restrooms as fitting room". And the return policy is strict that you need to return merchandise to the same place. I'm sorry, but I live in another town, and I'm not driving back to your establishment to return pants because they don't fit right. There's a older female employee with a Karen hair cut and she was straight up nasty to myself and my child. My daughter was looking at the bikes and this lady from thirty get away at the register raises her voice and tells my daughter she can't ride the bikes in the store. That's a given, lady! Also she's the one I asked about the fitting rooms before that and she snapped at me that, "No, we *don't* have fitting rooms" without even looking at me and the tone in which she said it was condescending and rude.I do want to add that the shorter employee with dark hair and I think had a couple piercings was nice as pie to us. Super sweet, talking to us about our day. Kudos for her. I can't imagine working with the Karen lady she has to work with.

Love this store. They have used items for retail price. I found a glove that sells new for 35.00 for the low price of 29.99. And a pair of shoes ? for 49.99 what a steal.

Friendly staff, clean facilities, good selection of items. Only down side is no fitting room, which is a huge bummer. You can return items within 7 days but you only get back store credit.

Updated to 5 stars from 3. Remodel and improved pricing have raised my opinion remarkably.

So picky these days. Would accept a kitchen table and chairs that we sold for 100 dollars. They were old but in good shape. Try ARC or Habitat they appreciate your donations. Will never go back.
