I don't know how this company is still in business. Ive had so many problems over the years. Recently, I was just calling the store in Loveland to try to talk to somebody at the geek squad desk. 30 minutes of total frustration, pressing one for this, and pressing two for that, talking to robots. And if you survive all of that get through to the geek squad, it's not the geek squad in the store. It's some call-center in another country where they don't know what you're asking

Last week I had numerous problems with my Ipad. Spencer was the person who helped me. He was very knowledgeable, patient, and kind. His expertise in solving problems was above and beyond what I expected and in my opinion is an indispensable employee.

BEST BUY ADDS FEES TO SALESAND they refused to honor a price match. This store added $4.50 in fees to my purchase. See the attached photo of my receipt. I was very very disappointed to see this after I got home. I was not told by the associate that I would be charged a fee. I suspect if I had made my purchase online I would not have been charged this fee. The associate claimed the fees were because of the town they were in but a "Retail Sales" fee?? Give me a break, I believe this is Best Buy trying to get more money because you are visiting their store rather than going on line.I discovered the fees because I saw that a Sony sound bar I bought was reduced in price from when I bought it at Best Buy. When I showed my receipt and the Sony web site with the reduced price the associate told me that they do not honor reduced prices on manufactures web sites. Give me a break!!! You say you will price match but because it is the manufacture's web site you won't?? So I returned the item and bought it off the manufacture's web site. Best Buy needs to think these things through. They won't price match but have to accept a return. If the return is an open box that ends up costing them a sale and money. Seems they would want to make their customers happy rather than make them angry and loose money at the same time. I know that Best Buy has lost me as a customer.

This is the most frustrating tech support I have ever experienced. I went in to get the laptop I bought there a few months ago fixed. Long story short it was sent out twice back to back I never had my computer for a day even. Still was broken after the 2 time and so I requested a refund. They said if it was broken after the next time it was sent out I would get a refund. Yet here I am with a broken laptop. No wonder you guys are going out of business you absolutely suck

Awful service, was told I would get helpedIn a few minutes but no one showed... after 30 min of waiting I grab a different item cause I'm fed. when I get back to the customer service all I got was a "sorry, my workers on lunch..." why not come and tell me yourself or have the other people who are working to come tell me that the person is busy!

its bad services and they will disconnect the call during asking questions.They don't give proper answer and they will put into hold or transfer the call with out your info.

I bought an Astro A50 wireless headset, along with the two-year extension, geek squad warranty. I had to return the headset because it would not connect correctly to my new Xbox series X (which I also bought from the store ) The headset sat in my car for about a month before I had a chance to return it. It turns out that when I finally got around to returning it i was 10 days past the date of the two year warranty. I Plead my case, But the geek squad, shift supervisors or even the store manager refused to help me. They would not honor the exchange for a new headset. I will not be coming to this Best Buy or any of the other Best Buys for any of my technology needs. I was a long time customer and I feel very slighted. Shame on you Best Buy for not having excellent customer service!

I don't even have to make an appointment to get my broken cell phone screen fix and they did it in under 20 minutes these guys are awesome, so definitely always buy the flood protection by expensive tech!!!

Needed someone to install a RJ-45 connector. Simple and standard project. When I called, I was routed to some regional call center that had no idea what I was talking about. Unable to make an appointment online. Gave up after half an hour and had a local IT company scheduled 10 minutes later.

Worst customer service ever. So bad it made Comcast look good. Bought a computer. Died four weeks latter. Won't even turn on. All they can do is ship it to the manufacturer and I'll have it back in four weeks. Store manager tells me to call 1-800-best-buy. Spend 45 min talking to three people and end up no where. If you use your computer for work, buy one from someplace that actually cares about customers and doesn't have some twelve year old running the store. Never shopping there again. No wonder they're going out of business.

Worst decision to buy Total Wreck. Called Best buy "cust serv" for months for different ongoing issues with 3rd party vendors, NO communication at all about delays, poor or inaccurate information. And unexpected surprises...such as, oh sorry we won't be able to install it. But we can leave it in your living room and the next guys can do it

We were having an issue with a product that we purchased. Jeremy, the manager, was so helpful! He stepped in and made sure that we were taken care of. We will be shopping at the Loveland store again soon!

After waiting 10 minutes for a Geek Squad person i was disconnected. Now I'm on hold again, a mere 25 minutes and only talked to \"Joey\" who said he'd go grab someone. Hate to hang up, hate to spend the rest of the day on hold. C Neckel
